Story Barns was a fabulous addition to our tiki bar project - completed in 2021. They provided the bar top with posts to ceiling, numerous shelves, and the amazing fishing pier posts. Since we 'opened' the bar, there have been nothing but wonderful comments about the product they provided. And to make it even better, getting to work with Pete and Connie (Stu too) was the icing on the cake. I HIGHLY recommend them for any natural finished wood product.

Thank you so much Pete and Connie! Connie seen a post that I placed on the Nextdoor app and reached out to see if she could assist me on helping close in our flexroom. I needed a little privacy/closed in and help the entry way not be so white and open. Both her and Pete extremely personable and very nice work. I love these barn doors!

We worked with Pete and Connie on a sliding barn door and bar cabinet for our basement as it was being finished. Although the overall finish was delayed, Connie stayed in contact with me for months, and when we were finally ready, so were they. Pete helped us craft a vision for our basement and created pieces that are stunning and definitely conversation starters!We’re actively thinking of our next project to have Story Barns add more local history to our home.

Pete did a masterful job on our sliding door. He has an artistic eye and was able to take our abstract idea and turn it into a piece of art.Everyone we had contact with were genuine and down to earth people. They love what they do and take pride in their work and service. They are a pleasure to work with.Afterward we recieved a picture frame as a thank you gift. And with it came a card explaining where the wood was reclaimed from. We really like knowing that our door came from a 100+ year old barn on the eastern planes of Colorado.We look forward to our next project with them.

Story Barns built me a custom bathroom cabinet, from floor to ceiling, and my fireplace mantle in my living room. Their work is gorgeous, using only reclaimed wood! They are extremely detail oriented and have an eye for design. They brainstormed with me so we knew I’d get exactly what I had in mind, even if I didn’t know how to describe it myself. They are super sweet and easy to work with too. I’m excited to see what else I can have them build for my home.

I can't speak highly enough of my experiences with Story Barns. They have helped me with numerous projects: a bar top, an impact wall, a dartboard wall & shelf, and a counter height table. Every time, they exceeded my expectations. Pete and Connie's attention to detail and customer service is outstanding!

We needed a mantle for our moss rock fireplace wall, but didnt want to mar the wall with a lot of drilling, so Story Barns put together a reclaimed wood "table". It is more of a beam with legs, but it looks great and fits right in with our hearth and fireplace. Pete and Connie were great to work with, and help us design what we wanted.

I rented a U-Haul truck in Nov 2020. I did not refuel the truck and was inadvertently charged for more fuel than I should have been, but Story Barns quickly adjusted my fuel charge. I got the impression that Story Barns really cares about their customers.

Pete and Connie and the whole crew at Storybarns are truly the greatest company we have ever worked with. They are all down to earth, reliable, hard workers who aim to please and who bring you in to the entire process of what they create for you. So everything they make is completely customized. They walk you through each step and they value any input or changes that you may have, without taking any offense. They did a barn door for us that we love so much that we wanted them to suggest more projects within our house. Tim had the idea of an impact wall behind our tv. We took them up on that and now have this beautiful wall that changes the look of our whole living room. They also stained my grandfathers 50 year old desk that was outdated in color, and now it’s like brand new, and matches our barn door. I would give them 20 stars if I could. I can’t wait to come up with more fun projects to do with them in the future.
