I don't know what to say about a storage facility. ? It's clean and easy to navigate once inside (major roads to the facility are under construction which is an out of the way detour). I have to say if you got stuff or junk to store here is a place to do it!!

Kim was amazing in helping me find and reserve a uhaul truck for a Greeley to Colorado Springs move! Not only was she extremely professional at a time when trucks were in very short supply; she was able to help rectify problems accidentally put in motion by other, less experienced, dispatchers at other locations. She was unflappable and amazing at every turn! She even stayed on the phone with me as I picked up my truck after hours—who does that? Caring, professional people, that’s who! I wish I could go shake her hand and give her a hug! I hope this review conveys my extreme gratitude! She is wonderful; I think she should be featured in a U-Haul ad!!

Not a fan. Rented a U-Haul from this place and it didn't have the additional equipment I paid for. I called them once i got home and I realized it, Nancy's number was the one I called several times and left messages on. Zero answer or returned call. It's been 2 weeks and still nadda. Sadly, it was right at closing and I didn't have enough time to make it back before they were gone. On the plus side, U-Haul was kind enough to refund me my money for the equipment once I dropped it off. Sure would've been nice to use for moving!

This is a secure and freindly business. The prices are reasonable as well. The hours of operation are convenient too.
