The owner is very responsive and does call back on the emergency line, unlike other places. The place was nice and the car was there like it said online. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the online process of checking out a vehicle is very confusing and the app is very glitchy so I would recommend rent from them when they are open.

Don’t rent a truck on a Sunday or you won’t get it. Showed up at the location with our reservation made and nobody was there, nobody answers the phone, and you leave empty-handed. Terrible location

Poor customer service but very busy location. I reserved a U-Haul trailer, went to pick it up on time, and the office was 'closed' but really was supposed to be open, and no employee showed up. I had to rent elsewhere, luckily finding an available trailer. I did get a call 2.5 hrs after the reservation, and nothing was even offered as compensation for bad service. Reservation equipment is "guaranteed" which means nothing.

This place is awesome. Conveniently located and the owner was super nice to me. 10/10 would recommend! Great place to rent u-haul stuff. Also if you leave a voicemail they 100% respond!!!

These guys are great! I often use these facilities for my business and they are efficient and dedicated! This location in particular has the most beautiful plants, in fact, her Creeping Charlie is the best! ( I need to grab a cutting off that one) You all are wonderful! This goes for ALL Store It Wise locations across Greeley!
