The storage facility in Greeley is a delight, the good fellow manning the counter is very straightforward and answered all my questions (this being my first time renting a unit). They respond to calls quickly, definitely rent here if you need a good unit.

This facility frequently (monthly) has billing issues if your set up auto payment. They won't run your card or call you and when you call in to complain, they say it came back NSF they will wait to lock your unit, or restrict gate access then take forever to undo it. You can call the office(within office hours) and have your calls ignored.

Clean lot, low rates, and good management, can't ask for much more than that in a self storage place! Gated entrance for added security, and an office on site (though haven't been in as much with Covid still about). Also promptly removes snow for ease of access.

I have been with 18th Street storage for quite a while through a couple owners and I have to say Jamal is the best one that has taken over the company he is awesome with customers no matter what the situation or problem is Jamal has always figured out a way to work something out with me and I thank you very much for that it is a secure place and very clean thank you again for being there for those of us needing storage
