I scheduled an appointment to have my check engine light issue checked out and an oil change. My appointment was Friday at 9:30. I expected that I'd leave my car and pick it up at the end of the day. But, no! The advisor that assisted me asked if I could leave it the whole weekend. I was a bit shocked and asked the whole weekend? He further stated, "yes, the whole weekend, probably til Monday or Tuesday." I was completely blown away. I don't understand why there were appointments available but when I arrived, I'm expected to leave my car with them for 4 to 5 days? That would seem to indicate they likely wouldn't even touch my car until Monday or Tuesday. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I've never had a good experience with this dealer. It's ridiculous. I'll be looking at dealers in the surrounding cities going forward.

Awful service! Did damage to my car as they were taking a look at it. The only thing they told me was “that’s not our problem” even though they were the ones who broke it. Will never be back again.

Dropped off a vehicle last week to have keys programmed. Should have listened to the reviews, because I had the same experience as others regarding a lack of knowledge and dishonesty. I asked for paperwork up front to avoid unnecessary charges and was told I could sign paperwork when I picked the vehicle up. Vehicle sat for two days before even being looked at, then I was told there were electrical problems that needed figuring out before keys could be programmed. Weird, because they never existed before and haven’t existed since. Was charged $220 for diagnosis that I neither authorized nor needed as it turns out, and had to pay another $100 for a tow back to my house. A buddy of mine came over and had keys programmed within 20 mins. Total rip off! I’ve tried contacting a service manager for refund and keep getting mailboxes or disconnected. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

ZERO STARS!!! This dealership seems to have 3 very consistent reviews which are lack of communication, dishonesty, and lazy workers!If you’re looking for a new vehicle, do not go here. Review and listen to all of the low ratings because they are all very accurate and all had very similar experience’s including us. During our experience purchasing a vehicle, we specifically said we DID NOT want warranty. After we went home and reviewed the receipt we saw they secretly snuck and added the warranty along with other unnecessary extra charges. We called multiple times and every single employee we spoke to would direct us to the manager on duty and of course no one ever called us back for days, so we decided to drive all the way to the dealership to sort things out ourselves. (And mind you we live a couple hours away from this place!) We tried returning the vehicle since they were unfair with the extra charges but they said we could not return it even though they have a “no hassle return policy” and did not even explain to us why we couldn’t return it. Because of how rude and difficult they made it, we decided to keep the car making sure they took off all the extra charges. They still needed to detail/clean the car and said they would drop the car off the following day. We had to call them every single day to ask about the delivery which was a whole WEEK. Don’t ever have them deliver it because you will not get it the day they promised. These photos obviously show you how horrible they “detail” newly purchased vehicles and shows how much their employees do not care once they make the sale. Now that we have the vehicle it’s been over 3 weeks dealing with them to get our second key programmed and are now telling us a third party is responsible for it. We spoken to 3 different managers all in which said they would follow through and call us back but NEVER have. This is the worst dealership we’ve ever dealt with. The employees to the managers all lack customer service skills and are not held accountable for anything.Management will probably respond to this apologizing saying how sorry you are with our negative experience, but you are probably also one of the managers we spoke to who said you’d call us back. Sleazy dealership and workers if you ask me.

I bought a 2019 truck from them December 2022 and it is completely undrivable not even 9 months and 20,000 miles later. I tried leaving them three messages to get this problem resolved, but no response. They will happily take your money, but won't ever actually help you. Go somewhere else!

If I could give a zero I would. Do not buy a car from this dealership. If you do Do not get any extended warranty from this dealership. If you have already done all that, I'm sorry hopefully your experience was better than mine. Day four after buying my car the check engine light came on I dropped it off with them at the earliest convenience and they had the car for 43 days. I had it in my possession for ten. It took 43DAYS for them to replace the bad transmission. I spoke with many different people in this time frame. Athina sales manager seemed like she cared but in the end said and I quote "any other dealership would have told you to kick rocks we're were at least trying to fix the problem." ( I have warranties so they would have had to fix the problem any ways I was attempting to get my money back.) Tyson the general manager never said a word to me he spoke through Athina and Mike the service manager. And Mike himself never returns calls in a timely manner every time I called him he delegated me to Brad who was just the guy relaying information and sadly got the burnt of most of my anger. When ideally it should have been a manager. Every phone call they always said it was out of their hands waiting on FORD. ALWAYS WAITING FOR FORD. The final call I was told a part would be there last Friday only had a couple hours left of work. Finally got the car back today Thursday. A couple of hours turned into three more days! 43 days in Total. Ridiculous!AND when I received the car back three of the cars rims were scratched and damaged a tire was missing a chunk from the sidewall, there saw a few scratches I didn't recognize, and the car came back filthy inside and out dirt prints on the door leather, debris all over the floors and dirtier then ever on the outside. I didn't have it in my possession long enough to make it that dirty. You would think in general they would try to make it look as pretty as possible after the terrible service they offered. When I went back in and asked Brad about it he said he couldn't do anything until Tyson GM and Mike SM were Involved, but they were in a meeting. So here I am, I bought a defective car 53 days ago I only had it for ten, and when I finally got it back 43 days later they returned it filthy and damaged! Despicable.I bet they will write a response on here saying sorry it was a bad experience and they pride themselves in impeccable customer service. I warn you do not fall for that generic lie. I urge you to go to another dealership for any of your car buying desires. The sales team pulls you in with a good face but once locked into a contract they have zero respect for your time or your property. Do not fall for the lies of them offering great customer service it's not even mediocre service.

I sat in the customer waiting room over three hours for a routine lube, oil and filter service. Additionally, this was second time they lost track of the locking lug nut key. Completely unacceptable. While waiting, another customer joined me in the waiting area and was informed by a rep that her service would likely take in excess of two hours. She was not happy because the dealership had canceled and rescheduled her appointment the previous day. I would not continue to have my vehicle serviced at this facility but I'm locked into one more prepaid service. On a previous service visit, I was forced to wait an additional hour and a half while my car was taken to the body shop to buff out a big scratch that occurred while there. On one visit, I asked where the lug key was and they were unable to locate it. Finally, I glanced at a front wheel and unbelievably there was the key, still in a lug nut. Again, totally unacceptable.

STOP do not take your Ford here for service! 9/9/23. Severely understaffed. 16 technicians and only six are certified for big projects. They had my truck for 10 days and didn't even diagnose it. I called them twice and they gave me the run around. It wasn't till I went in and found out how bad they were short-staffed and that they didn't know when they were going to get to my truck that I decided to take my truck to a different dealership. Save yourself time and aggravation!!

Took my company truck in for service. During the call i also asked for the AC to be diagnosed. Dropped it off after hours on Sunday. Wednesday I called them and they said they had diagnosed the original issue and did i want them to diagose the ac issue. I said yes i told you that. Called again Friday to get update and they had no record that I ok'd the ac diagnosis! They said today or Tuesday to get it in (Monday being Labor day). Tried to call Tuesday at 8:30 when they opened to cancel diagnosis but couldn't reach anybody or leave a message. Tried to reach the service department 5 times without luck. Finally went down there to pick up the truck and they had already done diagnosis. Needless to say they will not be doing any more work on any of my vehicles. In 34 years of owning cars this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I get it, you're short staffed and busy; but a little communication goes a long way.

I sat there for 4 hours with another lady and no one came to get either of us when our cars were finished. We were both there for an oil change. I heard my car start up 2 hours before i went to finally check on it. Yes, I can hear my car, she's tuned and piped. I understand being short staffed, but to leave us for 2 hours after our cars are finished is nonsense. Hire more service people. Brad was very apologetic and kind.

Michael from the Service dept. Noticed I was standing in line and had not been helped yet, he walked towards me and immediately asked if I had been helped. He was both warm and welcoming and helped me get checked in for a service appointment. I also needed to schedule an appointment for another issue and not only did he listen to what was going on with my vehicle he also offered a package deal to help me save money with future oil changes. He gave me an estimated time that my car would be ready and also checked in with me at the halfway point while I was waiting in the lobby.While I was waiting in the lobby, Irene who was at the front desk offered me the complimentary coffee and bottled water. She also told me about an event that they were holding at the dealership and encouraged me to participate. She even went so far as to offer me some popcorn while I waited, and delivered it to me in a bowl with a napkin!! Wow!!! Everyone I came into contact with seemed very happy to be at work and were extremely friendly and courteous.I have to say I have never walked into a workplace and felt so welcome and taken care of! I truly believe that even Henry Ford himself would be impressed by these people in this facility.

Made an appointment for service and dropped off the vehicle on a Tuesday. When we made the appointment they told us it would be done by 5pm that day. When we dropped off the vehicle Tuesday, they said they were running behind and may need to hold it over night. After not hearing from them we checked in on Wednesday and they said it hadn’t been in yet and to give it another day. Thursday and Friday went by with nothing. We had to scramble to borrow another vehicle for a few days due to the piss poor service and communication. Finally, on Saturday after getting ZERO communication, we called and they still hadn’t started on the service so we came in to pick up the vehicle. Turns out, they had it sitting outside with the windows down the entire time it was there. A couple light rainstorms over the 5 day period made the interior nice and dirty. Absolutely moronic. Highly recommend staying away from this dealership.

Aaron and David - thank you. The experience was pleasant and calm. After the nightmare our insurance company put us in, we were in need of a vehicle. Under some tricky circumstances, they were able to literally make this nightmare end. No pressure. I am also in the sales industry and couldn’t have asked for more. It might have been a little more than I wanted to spend, but ultimately the best decision for our family.

I took my explorer here for an oil change and dropped it off at 11 AM for a 1 PM appointment. I was a bit skeptical as when I walked in to drop it off two of the service advisors were busy on phone calls and asked me just a moment, and they would be with me which is fine, and I get they get busy as well. It just seemed like they were buried under a ton of work and short staffed.After not receiving a call and it being nearly 6 PM, I called the service department to check the status and was told they were just about to call me.Right.So I went to pick up my car, I was told by the service advisor of the recommendations. I was told over the phone, except I wasn't given any recommendations over the phone, and the conversation never happened. Nonetheless, I looked over the recommendations and they were laughable to say the least.One of the recommendations was a cabin filter and an engine air filter. The interesting part about this is I had already changed both of these filters the day before the appointment.Another recommendation was a transmission fluid exchange, based on mileage, even though it was changed and it was before the 30,000 miles required for another change. I Checked and the fluid was still red, so they didn't check it to begin with. They also recommended a DeCarb Kit due to the mileage. Again, under 81K.Once I arrived home, after noticing the steering wheel and grease all over it, I noticed a very sloppy oil job with oil smudged on the bottom oil pan.I cannot recommend this dealership for service and it's time to either for me to save my money and do my own service or take it to a good mechanic shop you I can trust.

We are from texas traveling in for a vendor event. We experienced issues with our vehicle hauling a trailer about 2 hours from our destination. We made it in and called the dealership the following morning (Wednesday). From the first phone call we knew we were going to be taken care of. They schedule us immediately to be dropped off at noon and were going to try really hard to get our vehicle back to us by Thursday as we were now on foot. We took the truck in and Brad was awesome. Made us feel welcome and assured us they would take great care of us. They had someone take us back to our event center where our trailer was. They kept in contact with us at every step through text and phone calls. Quickly called with the problem and an estimate. The truck was completed Thursday morning! Wow! How is that for service. And they delivered it back out to the event center for us! We are so thankful and blessed with their service and know now we can get back on the road safely! Thank you everyone! Y’all rock!
