Didn’t program or put in shifter assembly correctly so rear camera not working. Took back and they said camera and bracket needed replaced because bracket broke. It would cost another 900.00 . Bracket WAS NOT BROKEN!!!!!

This dealer is a joke, they sold my son a vehicle they was not reconditioned for sale, they sold my son a truck with only liability insurance to make a deal. They repaired the truck and forgot to correctly reinstall parts for the sun roof, water has been leaking inside the truck and the carpet is full of mold. The truck has been at another dealer for over 2 months and they do not like calling back. I have personally email the GM of the dealer, he has never replied to me. I have been in communication once with the service manager, never called back. I have called corporate and they say “we will call you back” or” I thought the issue was handled” complete runaround from the dealer and corporate office. Do not buy anything from this place they will treat you nice to get the deal and then kick you to the curb.

I have reached out several times. My truck is not fixed and I get the run around. I paid 1200 dollars and it’s still the same condition. During this process my husband passed away so my son has tried to get ahold of anyone that would listen. I have to say that my family has always been Ford owners and have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. The only thing I ask is a refund so I can get the truck fixed. ( because no one will help us get it fixed at your dealership) I need to sell the truck to help pay medical bills so I would like the refund sooner than later and we will take the truck to a Ford dealer that does not give us the run around.

Nightmare after nightmare after nightmare
This business must be the worst run dealership from the customer service to the overall service department (haven’t interacted with sales). I’ve taken my vehicle here for about 1.5 years now and every experience has been horrendous.
My first interaction, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and ran over a nail in THEIR parking lot. I know this for a fact because I have the tire pressure screen pulled up on my dash all the time. As I’m sitting in the parking lot, I get notified of low tire pressure, which had no drop in PSI my entire drive. Of course, they can’t patch it and of course I can’t replace just one tire, so I have to get a pair (of which I’m heavily pressured to buy 4). So, what was initially supposed to be a simple oil change ended up costing me around $900.
I’ve gotten a brand-new vehicle and the first summer the AC breaks. That’s another rant about how cheap Ford products are. I go in to get my AC fixed in the middle of the summer and it takes them TWO MONTHS to fix it. They ordered wrong parts for it FOUR times. The customer service during this time is insanely awful. Never once am I offered a rental vehicle. I ask many times to which I finally got one for the last week or so. They can outsource rentals to other rental companies if their loaner lot is all out, but never would suggest this until I asked about it. Throughout these 2 months, I would call back to get an update. This was excruciating. I constantly would be hung up on by representatives, transfer to an automatic message (which hangs up after reaching the end of the useless message), or transferred to a voicemail (which is full so it automatically hangs up). I had asked to take back my car until the parts came in, but I was told the warranty on the AC would be void so they had to hold my vehicle hostage for so long. Imagine going to school in Boulder and working in Aurora without a vehicle for TWO MONTHS. I definitely tarnished some relationships for constantly asking for rides.
I recently took my vehicle in to get the HVAC system replaced because a mouse got up in there. As soon as I get the vehicle back, it starts leaking water out of the driver side panels/pedals. I figure something went wrong with the HVAC installation and decide enough is enough. I took my vehicle to a different dealership that tells me that two of the HVAC pipes are cracked which are causing the leaks. So, upon the installation of the new HVAC, they somehow cracked the pipes (or perhaps ordered the wrong parts again) that contain the water. The estimate to repair this is about $3,400 plus whatever damage was sustained from all the water.
This establishment is so incredibly terrible at EVERY level.

Worst customer service experience ever! Brad had zero communication, continued to tell us that our vehicle would be done on certain days and times but failed to complete the work by the timeframes he kept promising. In order to get answers I had to take off valuable time from work to go into shop and speak with management. I would however like to personally thank Alex and Troy in sales department for assisting us with 95% of the same issues that service failed to help with.

My Expedition had a Ford recall. Dropped it off Sunday. They stated it might take up to two days (online states 1/2 day). I called at 2 PM Tuesday. Brad stated the kit was missing the electrical harness and would be delivered Wednesday at noon and job should be done by closing time 6PM. I called at 2 PM was told making good progress. Brad called at 3:47 and stated technician was having trouble with battery platform and they wouldn’t get it done but it would be done Thursday morning. I called at noon (Brad at lunch), he called and stated making good progress. I called 3:52 was told making good progress and that there mice nests they were cleaning. I went to dealership at 4:30 vehicle done at 4:47.
So why so long? ( My guesses)
1. They didn’t start workin until Thursday
2. They are working on multiple vehicles
3. They are under staffed
4. They are under trained
My suggestion is if you want timely service go somewhere else

Very disappointed. My Grandaughter bought a used EV from this dealer. Her first car to finance on her own at age 20. She bought it earlier this year with all warranties available. She is having problems with the vehicle now and went back with her now known to be useless warranties. Garth sent her away to Nissan. To find out she had no valuable warranty to help with the vehicle so soon after purchase. I would have thought this dealer would have been more helpful as they should want satisfied customers. Apparently they do not care about this. I will not use this dealer again. Such a disappointing experience.

I just bought me a ford fusion from Brody shiver over there at ford and they treated me awesome! Had good customer service, were quick- got me in and out of there, and the car is running awesome 2 weeks in! Thank you guys at ford!
