When this Sephora was first put inside Kohls, I was really excited. However going in here the last few times has turned to disappointment. At some point within the last 6-8 months, they stopped taking the Sephora store credit card (not the visa one) as payment. I was told I could use my Kohls card as payment though. Why on earth would you exclude a Sephora store credit card payment option from a Sephora store but allow a Kohls card? Make that make sense. In addition to that, it's constantly out of stock on a lot of products and the overall lack of space prevents them from carrying a bigger range of products. The Loveland Sephora is worth the trip.

Store was VERY dirty. Foundation everywhere, makeup in general smeared everywhere, testers weren’t in the right place, and wasn’t greeted until I went near counter.

Customer service is poor everytime I go. I asked the girl if they carried a product, she said i don't think so. I followed cause I thought she was checking since she wasn't sure, then said sorry no. I looked around myself and sure enough they had it.

I called to ask about matching foundation and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and made me feel stupid and like I was a nucance. After that and reading the other reviews I didn’t even consider going to the store. I went to Ulta at Centerplace instead and had a really great experience!

If you have been to Ulta before the Sephora opening in Greeley, you have more than likely met Robin. Every time I would go to Ulta, I would get 5-star customer service from her. She is warm and patient.Today, I went to Ulta expecting to see Robin and I was very disappointed to see that she wasn't there. I was so disappointed in the customer service at Ulta that I went to Sephora. Turns out Robin is at Sephora!! She's the manager and she trains all of her employees to give great customer service as well. I will continue to buy my staples from Ulta online (that Robin helped me with when she worked there), but today was my last day shopping in-store.

I shopped there last week very early in the morning. There was a pleasant knowledgeable older clerk who matched my colours pleasantly and efficiently. She was so helpful. I would return if she is working.

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and I checked online and it was in stock, asked the lady and she said I had to wait for the other customers to leave before she could go grab it even though there were 3 other workers and 2 of them weren't doing anything but chatting

There is always an issue with offers not being offered because they are a Sephora/Kohl's and if you need to return or exchange a product that has not worked out. Done with purchasing things at Sephora/Kohl's. Do not recommend. Just purchase online or at a actual Sephora.

Worst service ever. I was there Saturday, 0 customers besides me, 4 employees talking to each other, completely ignored me. Every Sephora I've ever been to has the same issue.I’m done. I drove across the parking lot to Ulta and will never go back to Sephora again.
