“I don't know what to say about a storage facility. ? It's clean and easy to navigate once inside (major roads to the facility are under construction which is an out of the way detour). I have to say if you got stuff or junk to store here is a place to do it!!”
“I recently switched to storing our RV here, and was not disappointed. The lot has tons of space and is easy to maneuver a large RV/trailer through. My favorite feature of this facility is the RV dump station. Nothing is better than being able to drive straight back to storage without having to worry about finding a dump station along the way. I will also say the pricing is extremely competitive and the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this place more!!”

“So far the team at Mountain Shadows Storage has been great. The lease process was simple and quick. Access to our unit is very easy - I love how wide the area is between buildings/units (enough for parked cars/moving trucks and cars to get past you while loading and unloading). Unit was clean and looked well maintained upon arrival. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend checking them out!”
“I've had my storage for a couple years now. It's the smallest one they have. The price was decent until this year, when the price for a 5x8 jumped to $80. The price went up $15 last year and $25 this year. Other than this, I've never had any issues.”
“I had to move this past weekend and originally reserved a UHaul. When I went to pick it up they had no trucks available although I had a reservation. I called all over town frantically looking for a truck. I believe it was the owner (I’m terrible with names and that day was super stressful) who showed up here for me to pick up a Penske on his off day. He was friendly, timely and provided great customer service. Thanks again for helping my family get moved!”
“I am paying $20 more for the same size as my last place but I give this place a 5 because Kathy has been absolutely amazing! She’s super friendly and kind every to me I talk her. So I don’t mind paying the extra money. And with no problems paying every month I am happy with my unit! I wish they had an online option to pay but other than that 100% would recommend! “There's two different managers. I don't care what anyone says. I rented a unit here & when I returned back after the weekend; I felt my mama's intuition tell me my son was in the back room in the office; so I went in and I asked if I could get my son & bring him with me, she replied; I guess so, why are you asking me? I said because I need you to unlock this gate so I can go get him out of that room. She responded, I'm the manager here I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I guess she didn't recognize me. One has really sad child like eyes & one has evil looking eyes. They are NOT the same person.”
