The customer service here is garbage. I ask if customer service is open to get a money order and I met with attitude and reluctance to even do their jobs. Hope you all get replaced with competent people that ACTUALLY know what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! Drink bleach you worthless human waste.

The experience my family had tonight was unacceptable! Safeway is not our usual store to go to since we live in Evans. We were at centerplace and needed dog food so we stopped by. We had our 3yr old son who was crying to go to the toy machine up front so I took him while my husband was looking for soup. While he was grabbing the soup the man that was advertising at the entrance decided to yell at him “don’t do it, leave the basket” my husband did not know what was going on and realized he was being accused of trying to run out with the shopping cart. This really pissed my husband off so we left the basket and took our services elsewhere. When we were leaving out the store the security woman was waiting outside. We will never go back to Safeway again! He did have a black and gray sweater on maybe they were being judge mental but this is so upsetting! I don’t know where they got that he was trying to take off with the cart he was looking for soup! We do not steal!

Just had a terrible experience at Safeway while checking out. A crazy customer was assaulting a employee named Brandon. He handled the situation with poise. Great staff jumping to help deescalate the situation and help the crazy person get outside and prioritize their employee and other customers ready to check out.
Yall should give Brandon a raise because that was not worth his pay?No doubt.

Eric the pharmacist isn't good with people. He was rude and was discouraging. We were going to start using this pharmacy because we live close but dealing with their customer service style makes it not worth it.

I’ve always had a great experience coming to this safe way and shopping in store. However the drive up and go service was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:00 so around 5:10pm I pull in to a spot and it says my order is being picked so great I wait and wait and check again and wait some more. My order is still being picked. Mind you not a large Order either. 6:45pm and my order is still not ready. And you know what my order is still being picked from the shelves. Out of the 5 times I've purchased either pickup or delivery groceries in the last 2 months, 5 have included expired items. The point of purchasing items for pickup and delivery is to save time, but it's not very time saving when I have to make trips to other stores to replaced the expired food I get from this Safeway. I continue to try to get groceries here and that's my fault. I will not waste my money here anymore.

My family enjoys grocery shopping. The idea of convenience and layout never seem to work for everyone. This store is always updating or moving items in store for demographics. The best solution is take your time. Employers have a hard time with employees who deal directly with the public. People can be rude and obnoxious. But, the Safeway team needs to realize not everyone is the same. The younger ones need to learn some real lessons about how to deal with customers or store policies. Remember, those people purchasing items pay your salary. So get off your phones and help out once in a while. That goes for obnoxious customers as well.
