I had an appointment for a moderno COVID booster shot that I made 3 weeks prior. This is not my closet Safeway, but it was the quickest. I get there 15 min before appt and they say they did not get their shipment. They emailed me reminder day before . I understand things happen, but they never called to reschedule. I double checked they had my correct phone #. They said they would call when it comes in . Again why didn't they call in the morning before my 11:00 appt?
