Demand better from state farm. It's predatory at this point.
We gone from pooling insurance money to subsidizing state farm. Rick! This is unacceptable.

My husband and I have been with the Rick Wallace State Farm Agency for years and have had hailstorms, water leakage, car accidents, transfer of mortgages, etc and have ALWAYS gotten a thorough and quick response. I work with another agency for my sister's trust and do not get even half the service I get with this agency! Thank you for taking good care of us!!! We love Lynn (now retired), Cass and Rick. "Like a good neighbor, they are always there." Thank goodness.

I would recommend going to an office where they actually respond to your call or email and provide customer service. I have had better luck hunting pigs than I have getting a call back from this agent.

Rick Wallace State Farm Insurance company is excellent. I was treated professionally and courteous when I first walked in. I was shopping for a policy for our church, which is somewhat out of the companies normal insurance realm. Cassandra was the person that helped me and through her diligent research was able to give us better coverage at a lower price. I highly recommend this company for your insurance need.
