I returned to this store to do a repeat purchase of the excellent work boots I had bought two years ago. Luckily the store had all my information on file since I no longer had the boots to verify the model. The gentleman on the phone when I called ahead, as well as the gentleman working the next day when I arrived at the store, were both very helpful and very friendly. Great customer service! Thank you.

I dropped off my boots on saturday for the 3rd or 4th repair on the eyelet of the Boa system on the Irish Setter Crosbys. I was called to come pick them up today and when I showed up I was surprised to find out that they just replaced my boots with a new pair. It's not common to find a company that stands behind their product like that and I'm a customer for life now.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had buying boots or shoes. Brett helped me from the second I walked in, to the moment I walked out. Got a crazy futuristic sizing done that was pretty fun. Tried on two different boots and walked out in my new pair of Red Wings with a bag of accessories. Brett is the man!
