1212 8th Ave, Greeley“My experience with this company is as follows! I work there! I saw these reviews, and I am so disappointed! Shawn needed to move back into his property in the middle of the month! All leases end on the last day of the month, so it was difficult to arrange for the tenants to move in the middle of the month. Unfortunately he needs to follow the same rules as the tenant. It ended up working out, but, the tenants were a day late getting out. I guess we could have done an eviction, but, that would be another $500, and take a couple of weeks to go through the court proceedings. I think it worked out the best way possible. The tenants did pay rent through the day they moved out. I sent Shawn 2 checks that he never cashed. I finally drove to his house and talked to him! I sent his checks to him again. We'll see if he cashes them this time!!! I'm so sick of seeing them on my books every month. Of course, the other reviews are just perspective tenants that I wouldn't dare to rent to. So, of course they would leave a bad review. And, for that, I think an owner would be happy that I have to screen them. And, to top all of this off, I had a perspective tenant set up a showing on a house in Severance today. I was there at 2:00 for our scheduled showing. She called at 2:00 to tell me that she forgot she had to pick her husband up. She rescheduled for 4:00. At 4:55, she still had not shown up! It's hard to please everyone!!!”
“June really came though for us. We thought we were in over our heads with repairs, but needed to sell due to personal circumstances and we were going to go with an investor. I decided to call June last minute before signing with an investor and so thankful I did. She had a buyer for our house within one day and was able to get us more then twice the amount in net proceeds than we would have gotten from the investor. Even though we were personally going through a difficult situation, June was very easy and amazing to work with. Thank you June!”
