Wanted to share my recent experience with RCC. We purchased a Golden Technologies lift chair. It is so comfortable and an absolutely great product. The owners and team at RCC are top notch, providing amazing customer service. I was also surprised at the amount of products they carry. Their new boutique space is very inviting. I'll be sending my wife in to shop lol! Thanks Brett, Marc, and Amy!

Amy of RCC Medical Supply in Greeley is a vibrant woman who loves her job. She has everything -- breast prosthesis, bras, compression sleeves, even wigs and other head gear, plus swimsuits. This is a one shop place. And she does all the work by filling out the forms for Medicare. She is a treasure.

We went into the shop today to look for a new walker for my dad,he is 91. The rolling walker he has been using was my mom,s. It was a little short for him, so we thought that he could get by but it was starting to put too much pressure on his forearms. So we went into the store to buy a taller one but the price was kind of too much for him and Medicare doesn’t cover the cost. The owner came out and looked at the walker he had, he took it in back and made some modifications to make it taller. The owner and gal helping us was so awesome— Thankyou.

We paid RCC's bill in full immediately upon receipt. Thirty days later we received a very strongly worded past due notice and were very taken aback. Called and were able to verify that RCR received the payment. No apology no acknowledgement of our concern, the woman just said that is how our system works. That's very poor customer service.

I had the most amazing experience with Amy at RCC! I am a 37-year-old woman with triple positive breast cancer and had reconstructive surgery three months ago after chemo, radiation, and a double mastectomy in early 2022. I recently lost an implant to an incisional infection and won’t be able to pursue reconstruction again for at least 6-9 months. In the meantime, I will be using a breast prosthesis and mastectomy bras to feel a little bit more like myself again. I found Amy and RCC through a provider list given to me at my recent recheck appointment, and Amy was able to get me in the day after I reached out to her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and has so many options for prostheses, bras, camisoles, and surgical drain management. Highly recommend Amy to anyone who is looking for help post-mastectomy!

After years dealing with Certified Prosthetics & Orthotics for my breast prosthetic and bras, I finally found an amazing place! Certified was a nightmare and made me feel like I was not important just because I had a breast prosthetic. My prosthetic took months to receive as well as my bras. I was constantly calling to follow up. I literally waited over a year for a bra that I still have never received.Amy at RCC Medical however, made me feel important and she is a hoot. I truly had the best experience & I needed it after all those years! AND I didn't have to wait months to receive my bras. I got my prosthetic that day! Thank you, Amy, for your kind heart!!!

The lady upfront was an Angel and God sent! It was closing time and we needed oxygen for furry loved one and she made sure we were taken care of, unlike the other places especially Columbine medical supply, they couldn’t be bothered to answer questions smh.. when you are carrying for a loved one, you need people like RCC, they have a heart and truly care about people! You can tell immediately dealing with the blonde gal p front! Thank you guys for meaning a tough time a little easier!

RCC is very responsive to any needs a person might have. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always want to give you a great experience! Highly recommend!
