I Dealt with Michelle at Greeley location. This lady wanted to tell me I was in the wrong I made my appt on line with confirmation printed paper and went to my appt this morning at my time 9:20. she says no you are not on my list. I said I have my paper with my confirmation and time she said no not correct according to me list. and that was that. she I am not able to take you today. tell me why I can make an appt on line and it is not valid. this lady was rude. will never return here to deal with Michelle

This location is truly the worst I have ever been to. The lady working is extremely rude, lazy and does not care about her job. She refuses to assist in a timely manner. I came in and checked in as a walk in, she started getting angry saying that they do not take walk ins, Michelle is the lady who took over and she does not care if there are people showing up late or not to their appointments. She does what she feels she wants to do. When I told her that the service here has went down hill since she has taken over, she told me “i dont know what your talking about” When I had an appointment scheduled weeks ago, i arrived AT my appointment time, and was told, “In order to be seen, Quest Diagnostic requires patients to be here 10 minutes prior to their appointment times.” And I was turned away. Fast forward to today, I have sitting here waiting and a lady scheduled at 1:20pm arrives at 1:24pm and she was like oh no worries get checked in and I will assist you.
I can only assume that she does not like transgender people and is discriminating against me. I have thoroughly documented these instances and want someone from Quest to follow up with me or else I will be seeking legal counsel for this matter as I am experiencing discrimination against a “federally protected class”. I find it extremely unprofessional, rude, and hurtful that this lady is acting like she has no accountability for her actions.
I highly suggest you find a different location. As michelle WILL discriminate against you if you are not a “normal” white woman, like herself.

The person helping me was super nice, very helpful, and did a great job. The customer on line service was none existing. I asked for a call back from corporate office but never received it. I checked several websites. One had an old phone number all outdated. You guys need to update and get on the ball with your customer service. If somebody needs you, there is nobody available over the phone Zero. No help. BAD!!

Preemployment drug screen? Don’t got till after 10am they won’t do it before. Employee seemed like she was lazy and just didn’t want to have to do anything even though she had no other clients there.

Came in at 7 am fora routine blood draw, after being told I do not need an appointment and if I came early I could be in and out in a few minutes. The woman working said she didn’t feel like doing walkins because she’s really busy today, but her first scheduled patient isn’t until 8:00. She was rude and unprofessional.

Rude and unprofessional. My doctor was telling me one thing about paperwork, the lady who was doing the testing was telling me another. She was snappy and "so busy" with two people in the waiting room. Apparently drug tests take priority over anyone else. Lab Corps here I come.
