Went to get balloons for a birthday photoshoot and wanted balloons with confetti inside, the man helping me told me with an attitude, they didnt have any balloons with confetti and also said he hated blowing those balloons up anyway. Then I seen a lady blowing up a Gender Reveal balloon with confetti inside. These people dont want to help you out on a special a day and vibes are off !! Completely rude transaction do better!

It’s a good store staff seem friendly and knowledgeable except for one guy seem to have an attitude towards me came off very rude. And was staring at me for a while.

They got some pretty cool stuff but there was this guy that was pissed of for whatever reason when he was putting stuff away or putting stuff back where it was and he sounded really angry and the other staff seemed chill.

It’s very awkward in there. They do have most of whatever you need. Even if you don’t know what you need, they’ll probably have it?♂️ Everything seems reasonably priced, I’m no expert in the balloon economy, but when they read me my total, I wasn’t like shocked, the price seemed fair, and (contrary to previous beliefs), they didn’t charge me for the helium.

I truly hate to complain. But this location is never open. They open at 8am? And they are closed by 5pm. For it to be a corporate store gone franchise? Is a question of certain standards. Business flexibility for the public is a matter of retail commitment for consumers.And if that consumer cannot consume. How does a business expect to thrive? I believe that if this Greeley location extended their hours even to 7pm. They would see more revenue.Think about American working lives, who are busy and need the stores we love to be open !!

Very disappointed. I’ve come here on several occasions over the years because it’s the only place in town. I feel like they take advantage of this fact by keeping odd hours and putting odd signs up like “ no returns” and raising rates. Who in the free world has no returns? That leads me to believe and so has my experience, that the items will break and they do.They cost more than Hobby lobby, Michaels, Walmart and literally anywhere in town. This place has NO wrapping paper or bags, I find that odd. They claim that if you bring in a balloon and it pops that it’s the balloons fault, so last year we only bought theirs which naturally cost more, but we assumed they were better. 2 popped in the car, 1 more at home. By then your elbow deep in party needs and can’t just come back to have a balloon remade and what’s the point after the fact? Remember they don’t do returns so…Aside from all of this I get the feeling this place is independently owned. We get weird looks when we are in there and there’s absolutely no bedside manner from anyone in the place. They are like robots. I don’t even bring my children in with me because the women don’t like them touching anything and are very curt with them. I think they assume every child is a mini shoplifter, it was very odd.buy at your own expense essentially.So for me and my experiences, this place is just meh.I see no point in going back in. Even the little hobby lobby in town has much much better prices and selection and it’s on a muuuuuch better side of town.

I brought balloons to get filled with helium and when I picked them up they told me the balloons weren’t floating but didn’t give me a refund or anything, I paid a lot for nothing. Take your balloons somewhere else!

I had ordered a pinata for a gender reveal from an individual. When I received the pinata it had been damaged by a mishap. Well I had less than a half a day to find one. Jeff at party America in Greeley went out of his way to help me get a gender reveal pinata in no time. He took a great deal of stress off my shoulders. Very helpful and professional. Thanks again Jeff
