I enjoy every trip I make to this Office Depot. I always get what I want and sometimes find something that I don't really need but get it anyway. The staff at this store is always helpful and very courteous. They don't talk down to their customers like some other tech salesmen do. I used to live in North Platte Nebraska, and they closed the store there. Saddened me. Same courteous service there too. So, I know it isn't just this store. Keep it up. Customer is alive and well at Office Depot.....

Received email from Office Depot stating I had signed up for a free trial membership to Office Depot Business Select and after 1 month my card would be charged $49. The email came on a Sunday and I did not sign up for this service. The website won't let me sign in after 2 attempts, 2 different times today, to investigate who or how this was signed up for. I finally call their customer services to discuss and there is a recording stating the email was sent in error. This is is precious time of mine spent researching possible fraud because they store a cc number when they could have sent another email stating that was sent by accident. I am frustrated by this company.

This place absoulty sucks nobody wants to help you here. I waited 15 minutes in line for them to tell me that they can't help me. I have to use self service if I wanted to service myself I wouldn't went litterly anywhere else.
