“Our work company had switched from T-Mobile to Verizon due to poor coverage at our location. I had gotten a few things fixed from Verizon and had to swing by T-Mobile to see if they could in anyway take off the call forwarding that was on when we had made the transfer to Verizon. The gentleman Ryan was absolutely fantastic on helping me for the entire later portion of the afternoon helping get things fixed. Ryan was great from being on the phone with many different people within T-Mobile trying to find the root cause of the issue. Finally there was some answers basically what had happened is when our work had switched from T-Mobile to Verizon T-Mobile approved the transfer but Verizon did not finalize it. Which was causing issues with phone calls being sent to another employee and had seen on the account our number and account were still active. Was finally able to get that deactivated and was receiving phone calls with the work phone. Ryan was AMAZING!! From calling numerous reps being on the phone for two hours trying to help me fix the issue. Ryan was very nice, beyond helpful, great attitude and found the root of the issue and got it taken care of! Much appreciated! Thank you so much! Will be referring family/friends to go to this store due to the excellence of work they do.”

“Service this time around was outstanding. We've had issues in the past with associates promising credits and discounts that we ended up having to spend hours on the phone with customer support to get resolved. This time however, there was an issue with our account and it took longer than usual to upgrade our phones to the S24s, and the associates apologized. They ended up waiving a few fees for the inconvenience and helped us out tremendously. The new management at this store is MUCH better.”
