I went to buy a phone and there was a nice dealer named Kassandra she helped me and explained everything to me when buying a phone. I am happy they finally have nice and trained people I will recommend people to go there with her to buy phones.

Absolutely horrible. The women in there do not know what they are doing. They just look at each other when you ask questions. They are very dishonest. And will lie to make a sale. I was just there in July of 2023. Horrible horrible service. They do not honor their sales at this store. Customer service had me call them before going back in the store to get refunded for merchandise they told me I had to have for my phone which I did not need. The women just looked at each other again, they had no idea what they were doing. They were rude to the lady with customer service and refused to talk to her. Customer service filed a complaint with the corporate office about the unethical practices of the store manager and this store.
