I was having issues with activating my phone. Customer service told me to go into the store for verification purposes. Miguel let me borrow the phone to call Customer Service but refused to speak to Customer Service manager to verify who I was. Due to him refusing it Customer Service manager filed a complaint.
Miguel was very rude. I suggest you not visit this store but another one.

I felt racially profiled if you don’t speak Spanish or you’re not Mexican you are ignored. Very unprofessional and rude.

I went in to take advantage of an advertised phone discount promotion. The promotion was honored without hassle, the sales representative processed my transaction quickly and without error. I am quite happy with the level of service I received at this location.

They are unprofessional and try to get full price when you are trying to upgrade your phone. There is a lot of Mexicans and foreigners that go there so they are able to get away with that and take advantage of them. Plus their selection is very limited and they are not very good with the English language. Do yourself a favor save yourself a headache and go anywhere else but there.

I had a problem
I am very disappointed with this place, terrible service from the older man, I had a problem, I went to buy a line with a telephone, I came home and my wife tells me that the resivo is bad that I charge 50 just for the line and that I don't was the price of the phone, I went politely but the man was rude, he wanted to give me a handwritten receipt, I didn't accept it and a young man came out, saying that I should return the phone number, and that they would hand over the money, I went to ask for just the receipt They left me with the line to pay, apart from the fact that they wanted to scam me because the phone they sold me was free with the line, I had to pay for the line, I called customer service and they apologized to me, they closed the line and that was it. , I have another line with the metro, this place is close to the house where I live, every time I go to pay it tells me that there is no service which is a lie since I sent my wife to pay and they even charged her a man came out and I asked him He told me that I pay for his line, I am going to report it, for me it is racism on the part of this elderly man, I am very upset by this situation, my whole family has a subway plan, they remember well that the phones they are acquiring do not charge them if they are free, greetings..

I went to 3622 W 10th street first and was getting an Galaxy A52. Unfortunately there credit card machine was down. The Total was at 233 and change. They told me several other stores have it if I want to go to any of the others to get it since their machine is broken. No one at the other stores would answer their phones. So I drove to two more stores. Finally this 8th store had it. Did exactly what I was doing at W 10th street of everything only difference was rather than screen protector I go the case since didn’t have any screen protector. Case was $20. Out of everything now they gave me Total of $311.47! When I was quoted $233 and change from another store! Asked them the difference they wouldn’t explain and I was telling them I got a different total from the other store. The guy didn’t care didn’t want to help or figure it out. When he processed my card without fixing total and then did a return when asked again why can’t give me what I was quoted from other store and didn’t not want my business and when I was asking for help and the lady behind the counter he moved on to the next customer that came in. So I am out of getting a new phone for my girlfriend and I have to wait 3-5 business days til return comes back to my card. Seriously! Called Corporate and they told me to go back to 10th since the quote was right but I’m going to have to wait longer because can’t hold phones for long and was last one. I’m planning on switching to new phone network! Really Messed Up and this company does not care about its customers does not want to help or do anything for the customer for the inconvenience and the wrong way of handling. Careful of this Particular Store! They are Crooks make you pay more for something when other stores are doing it cheaper.
