This place has surely improved since I was there 2 years ago, went in on Saturday and the gal at the register stopped what she was doing right away to assist me, smiled the whole time, I think her name tag said Kira and was the friendliest that I have encountered in the public, her and the other worker were very helpful with my shopping trip, will be returning. ? great atmosphere and felt welcomed.”
“You know what to expect when you walk into one of these stores. A bunch of gag gifts. A bunch of things that say "***** and a bunch of things that Insult Trump. But, they are very accepting and not questioning of what you buy there. They ask no questions. And overall, a nice place to get a gag gift for your friend.”

“Needed shoes for something I had to be at in a short amount of time. I live out of town but went to this shop to check out selection. Staff was awesome, polite and very helpful. Got the sweetest, most comfortable pair of shoes I had never heard of. Haven't been too Zumiez since my kids were in high school. But even after all this time, it didn't disappoint.

“I don't go to Kohl's on every day of the week. However, it seems busy every time I go! The only downside to this is the wait times in line, so if you're cool with waiting, this store is nice, but otherwise, the lines can be atrocious. Clothing and jewelry never miss, so it's worth it with the occasional find!”
“Love the clothing selection and variety of boots. But I went in for a cowboy hat. While they had plenty, they were all the same exact style (cattleman). And not the style I was looking for (pinch front).
I still like the store...just not for a hat.”

“I have gone into this store several times over the past year or so and every time I leave I am very impressed with their customer service. All the employees are very willing to help you find what you are looking for. Jeans aren’t always the easiest thing to shop for and but they will help me find styles that I like and get me my size. Today I went in with a small concern about my jeans that I purchased over a year ago and Sarah was able to help me resolve my situation with no headaches. The price is definitely worth it when you get outstanding customer service and a wonderful product that I feel confident in.”
