If yall ever get a chance to talk with Beason, you're privileged. This man knows his insurance. His personality compares to no other. I've been in customer service and Beason is the best there is. He goes the extra mile to make sure you're taking of. And I know this because hes done it for me. Just ask him questions, he'll get the answer.

We were fed up of other insurance places and were not in a good mind set when we walked into Melissa's State farm office. By the time we left we had smiles on our faces and a new agent. They put us first and continue to do so. We have been with Melissa for a couple of years now and can honestly say , we are so blessed to have walked in that day. You cant go wrong !!!

Had to change insurance as progressive got way too high. Dealing with State farm and Melissa McDonald through their agent Matt. They hooked me up with everything I needed. I was just going to do the 3 cars, but the deal was so good I ended up letting them cover my house and my Harley. I'm glad I did. I like dealing with local businesses. And living here in Greeley I wanted to Greeley based business. I'm tired of dialing a 1-800 number and getting Timbuktu in another state. I try to keep my business local and especially the way the economy is lately. I'm keeping my business local. I want to thank Melissa, and Mr LaFrance and the rest of the State farm agency for saving me a boatload of money.

I've been with Melissa McDonald for almost 20 yearsMy 1st thought of State Farm was I wouldn't be able to afford it , but I called anyway for an estimateTo my surprise I saved quite a lot from my then insurance company at that time .Since being with her I have had nothing less then excellent service.I would highly recommend themThey will sit with you and walk you thru everything and answer any and all questionsCall them today and sit back and relax knowing they have you covered

I was online looking at insurance quotes and I’m constantly getting phone calls and text messages from agents. It’s annoying. I just wanted a quote online and I got it, if I chose to proceed I’ll do it on my time, right. Well Melissa called me and I answered because I didn’t know who it was. She said “hi, I’m Melissa from State Farm” and I hung up, because I don’t want to talk to someone about insurance. Just let me do my quote online and be done with it! Then she texts me asking if I wanted to move forward with the quote. I don’t reply. (You think she would get the hint.) Then she responds with “Ok you could just say no thank you instead of hanging up on me. Manners.” Like really? You actually think I want to work with you now? Like grow up! Okay, I didn’t want to talk to you, sorry you got your feelings hurt, but be professional. so I replied back “Okay, you could just act professional rather than replying back like a child. Grow up”. This is not the way to talk to potential clients of yours and it’s not professional either. I’m pretty sure your attitude and rudeness are not apart of State Farm’s “values”. What happened to “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there”? If you were my “neighbor” I wouldn’t even want to see you after our conversation. So rude and disrespectful.
