Scheduled a routine maintenance for my AC unit a month in advance only to be told day before they had to change the time due to a double booking, which I had no problem with. Day of my appointment a few hours before the tech is suppose to show up, I get a call that they need to reschedule my appointment due to an emergency, a commercial building emergency. This is not acceptable and just gives you an insight into how this company treats their costumers. Plan and simple, more money to made going to a commercial building emergency instead of a residential AC unit.
I'm pretty flexible and understanding things happen, but this is not how you treat constumers, especially when the costumer is having to take days off of work.
To the owners response.
First off, your employer did tell me via voicemail that it was double booked. I would gladly come to your office and let you listen to it. So perhaps your employee didn't communicate that to you. And of course you don't think asking somebody to take additional days off of their work schedule is unreasonable. It doesn't affect you to cancel and move somebody elses appointment. And as being fortunate that my air conditioning is working trying to make me seem like a villain or non empathic to others situations, sir I work in the medical field, believe me I am very empathic and understanding of others emergencies and situations. Hence why I didn't yell or scream or curse at your employer for changing the appointment twice. I merely said I'll take my business elsewhere and I left you an honest review. The fact that your response is trying to make me appear in the aforementioned way just shows you are wrong. There was no apology give at anytime via phone or your response. Instead you make me appear to be a bad person. Hence why I'm taking my business elsewhere. Have a great day, let me know if you want me to stop by so you can hear the voicemail.

THESE PEOPLE GET WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! I have used McCreery for several years and cannot express strongly enough how wonderful they are. From the scheduling of my appointment through the entire installation process they are reliable, informative, courteous and friendly. The entire organization goes above and beyond to provide the best products and service possible.

My elderly parents had furnace troubles early on a Saturday and McCreery & Sun came out within a couple of hours. Gabe was terrific and was very patient. Been using this company for many years and would highly recommend!

We just had our furnace serviced for the season which also required replacing our induction draft motor. Nate Scofield, Senior Service Technician, did the work in a very professional manner and answered all our questions. He is very personable and friendly. We have used McCreery & Sun for three years now since moving to Greeley and they have been very responsive to our needs. As a matter of integrity they rightfully canceled one invoice because of errors made on a repair. It is greatly appreciated when a company admits its faults and then makes things right. We've used McCreery & Sun for more than 20 years, and will continue due to their excellent service. Most recently, we needed to replace our "ancient" heating boiler and are pleased with the outcome. Once again, the technicians are highly skilled, did their best to wrap up the project quickly, and left the job-site clean. Also, questions directed at the office staff are always met in a pleasant and punctual manner. Anytime we see a McCreery & Sun vehicle parked in front of someone's home, we know they're receiving the same quality service that we've enjoyed for years,.

McCreery and sun sent 4 workers to my home to remove solar panels from my roof. This crew was led by Austin, a person with great experience and great leader ship skills.The workers knew what they had to do, had the correct tools, and got to work right away. Removing heavy solar panels from a roof can be a dangerous process. These 4 worked as a team, to dismantle each panel, lower it to the ground, And stack it on the trailer. They did so professionally and safely. I have had other work done at my home. By McCreery and sun and I have always been greatly satisfied with their work. Everyone is pleasant, and is willing to answer questions that I posed to themI have in the past, and will continue in the future to recommend this company to any friend who needs HVAC, air conditioning, or water heater work done.

I had a great experience from the lady I spoke with on the phone to set appointment to the technician, Nate. Nate was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I appreciate the work he did and fixed my AC issues. I highly recommend Mcreery and Sun!

Having to get a whole new system is never fun (even if yours is 27 years old and you knew it was coming). Everyone we worked with was kind and professional and a joy to work with. They kept us updated at every step of the process and loaned us a temporary cooling unit while we waited for installation of our new unit.I hesitate to use on-call, 24/7 numbers but we got a response and had someone at our house within an hour.Would highly recommend them to anyone needing any of their services (and already have).Services: HVAC system repair

McCreary and Sons have been amazing to us every time we call them, but this time they were above and beyond. Day before Thanksgiving and the hot water heater goes caput, by Friday we’re up and running again. I’m in a wheelchair and get cold really easily, so they truly made my night as I now have warm water. We recommend you to everyone but never post a review, so I thought we’d add one.
