The place is great and the employees are great. My only knock is against the company itself. When they don't carry a variety of items that you would expect them to carry and have to shop on Amazon instead, that's the only reason I'm giving a four-star review.

I like this store. I don't like to post negative reviews, but twice now, I have been in to get a piece of glass cut. Both times they had to call over and over to get someone there. I waited over 15 minutes the first time, and the second time, nobody ever came, so I left.Typically you have to flag someone down to get help. They typically walk by looking at their handheld store inventory phone deal as if they are on a mission. So that's my biggest complaint. Ace hardware in Greeley, well, both of them are TOP NOTCH. The minute you walk in, the folks at the register welcome you in and ask how they can assist. The difference between Corporate and private owned.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a TV Fireplace stand from here and it arrived damaged, missing the remote and one of their staff installed the LCD panel upside down. After calling the store several times and speaking with multiple managers, 1 named "Mike" all I got was the run around. I had to go into the store and demand help. Then after they FINALLY picked the item up, they kept the assembly fee and delivery charge! Amazing! I'll never shop here again!

Went to buy a new washer. A brand new employee helped me. I asked DJ to help her and he said he would help if she needed it. They never called to confirm a time, I had to call and ask. They didnt have the right phone number on file, even though I gave it to her 4 different times. Fast forward to my delivery day and . . . They delivered it to my old address. I called and the manager was rude and said there was nothing they could do about it today. The vendor they use for delivery is garbage. Joy was SO rude and when I asked if they could just drop it off, she replied "I'm not on the truck, I can't do anything." Obviously the new employee didn't know she needed help. Cameron atleast tried to be helpful. No one seems to care I took the day off for nothing and now have to spend my day waiting again.

Very fast!I placed a curbside order. I didn't expect it to be ready for hours. Nope! It was ready in less than 30 minutes.The order was brought promptly to my car after I checked in. The employee offered to help load the items into my car.They had most everything I was looking for and gave recommendations on the one item they didn't have.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to offer guidance or answer questions. With its well-organized layout and excellent customer service, Lowe's makes shopping for home improvement a breeze. It's my go-to place for all things home-related, and I can't recommend it enough!

I like that I can always find what I need. Whether doing my projects or needing work materials, this place has it. I used to work here, and everyone is friendly and mindful of your time. I sometimes admit an associate can't be found, but I always advise customers to use Lowe's app since that's what most associates do to find an item you're looking for. The app is very up-to-date on how many things they carry since every night; they have to audit a lot.

I’m on oxygen. Walking around the store is job of its own . I made sure I thought I knew where everything was , by looking it up before going and wrote it down so I possibly take less steps inside . Tape and plastic was the only two things that were where they said . After getting everything I wanted and went to check out . No checkers ! There was a lady at self check out that said I could check out there . I ask if I got a be fire discount for being checker ? I stood for a bit and it wasn’t moving much . So I took my oxygen out of the basket and left it . Next time I go back if I do . I’m definitely going to check to see if there’s a checker first .!!!!

Went in on a Tuesday evening. The store was pretty dead but it still took 45+ minutes to get someone to help us buy a washer. Horrible customer service

My dad & I went here today & specifically Eduardo, Luis & Jude were EXTREMELY helpful & so patient with my older dad. They went above and beyond customer service. We had so so much to load and they helped us even after we left and came back. These guys were great and DESERVE a raise.thank you boys!

What an absolute nightmare of an experience. I only needed to buy tomato cages and couldn’t find someone in the garden area to help. I saw some online listed at $3.48. I couldn’t find the ones I saw online, but I did find some marked at $3.98, so I grabbed 5 of them. Went to the checkout and they rang up $7.98. I showed the cashier the $3.48 ones online and I explained that those were the ones I wanted. The only answer I got was “they’re outside.” Zero context about where they were outside. I asked for someone to go outside with me to show me where they were. There were about 5 associates standing around at the time. Nobody helped. I went outside again to try and find them on my own again. I found them, but they were an absolute nightmare to try and get, because they were all wired together. Another reason why having an associate with me to try and get them would’ve been helpful. I got 8 of them and went to the register. They were still the wrong tomato cages. They were unmarked outside, so how was I supposed to know how much each of them costs? Finally, a young girl who works at Lowe’s helped me. But the kicker is that she wasn’t even on the clock. She worked there, but she wasn’t scheduled to work at the time. She was very nice and found me the right tomato cages. However, why is it that the girl who is not even scheduled to work is the one helping me? Do better Lowe’s. This was a terrible experience. I don’t come here often and I probably won’t be back for a very long time. You might at well not even have associates there to help if they’re not going to help.

Asked 3 different people for a gate alarm and was sent in 3 different directions. This was in the morning in the middle of the week, the store wasn't overly busy. Left frustrated and went to another store to get my alarm.

On 4/22 I purchased a dishwasher. Because the register used was apparently broken, Lowes ended overcharging me for the dishwasher having paid for it three times. It's over a month later and I'm still trying to get my money back. Calls aren't returned and it appears they are incompetent. I will not be shopping at Lowe's anymore.

Store staff can't be bothered to help you at all. It was just incredible ... the guy in lumber (who was parked on a stool) couldn't be bothered to get up and show me where the trim I wanted was and then said their saw couldn't cut it. The guy in plumbing said he couldn't answer my question but pointed to someone who could... only she did not really know the answer either.Going to Home Depot where they answered the phone, have my material, and said they'd cut it!

Inquired on a dishwasher for my mother in town 50 miles away. Was told they would deliver and remove the old one but would not install. What is my 85 year old mother suppose to install the dishwasher herself?!! They also said she had to go to store and fill out paperwork for home delivery. I Explained she was 85 years old and lived in town 50 miles away. They said there was nothing they could do without the paperwork being filled out. What ever happened to great customer service and doing what's right for the customer? Obviously Lowe's does not want to service any of the rural cities/towns near by. So sad.
