On 4/22 I purchased a dishwasher. Because the register used was apparently broken, Lowes ended overcharging me for the dishwasher having paid for it three times. It's over a month later and I'm still trying to get my money back. Calls aren't returned and it appears they are incompetent. I will not be shopping at Lowe's anymore.

I went in to logs looking for somethings I needed and needed some help everyone I went to ask for help would turn there back to me or were to busy one there phones. On three occasions they were quick to help the man. When I got to the front the store a heavy set women tole me I could leave I was heading to check out the items I did buy. This lowes will not be getting any of my money I will not be s meeting foot in that store again. If I could give Ero stars I would.

Went to Lowes for the third time in the week. I was working on a project. I ran out of some lumber and was standing on the lumber isle as I had questions. Dallas walked up but I guess he did not have the knowledge to answer simple questions I was asking. He then diverted into telling me he is going to have someone assist me. Left me standing there for 15 minutes with no assistance. I had to leave my things and walk to the front of the store to ask for assistance. I feel if the associates are going to be around the store they should receive proper training and education needed to assist. If customer service is your number one then you should train your associates to stay with customer until someone knowledgeable shows up and not go rogue. I was not pleased with the service and maybe next time I will travel the extra 2 miles to get assistance and not treated like I am putting someone out.

They lost a $3,000 sale because their people have not been trained. This points directly to poor leadership. I stopped by intending to buy a riding mower and found a nice one out front for about $2895. At least one employee saw me sitting on it and never thought to ask "Do you want me to call someone?". No one ever came out to help me - OK, I'll go inside. After buying some stuff at the self-checkout I asked the nice lady if new mowers had free delivery. Not knowing, she asked the gal at the service desk, who replied "NO!". I paused and after an awkward moment asked "How much is delivery?". She responded with the price, and I paused again even longer. I finally thanked them and left. Not once, did it ever dawn on either of them to say "Would you like me to find someone to help you with the riding mowers?". Apparently they don't get paid to sell $2800 mowers and it doesn't matter to them if the store doesn't get that revenue. I simply went to Home Depot across the highway and spend $3K on a nice mower and was treated great the whole time. I checked the Lowe's website and didn't find a way to email them. I guess they don't really care anyway.

If I could give this Lowe's zero stars I would. My experience here was usually never good. My family and I own a business and used to buy a lot of materials from this particular store. We would get a lot of stuff delivered. They never had any of our staff sign off on materials received so they never really knew what we received. So when they did a partial delivery they would mark it as complete. We called and explained to them that not all the materials were delivered and they acted like we were lying. The manager told us he needed to review the "tapes" to see if we received our items. This store is so disorganized and management and staff members are rude and don't apologize for their mistakes. If you make a large order please make sure you receive everything whether it's by picking it up or by a delivery because they may not give you everything and then give you a hard time about it later.

DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM LOWES. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! IF I COULD DO A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD. I placed an order on line for something in stock and kept getting delayed delivery. Finally had to switch to a more expensive flooring that was truly in stock. They ordered the same number of boxes but the new stuff was smaller sq foot boxes so then I was rushing to get more. Within a month of install the flooring was still making a cracking sound and raising a small amount on the edges. Now 6 months later still cracking, edges raising, planks raising, and top peeling off. After numerous phone calls and chats, being on hold over 3+ hours, I was told that I need to call a different number and they won't help. Even though they are the distributor and it is their brand, i was told to call the manufactor. So now I'm stuck with a floor falling apart and no way to fix it. So much for a warranty. So rather that making me call and be put on hold why didn't they just say - nope not going to help you or give me the correct people to follow up with rather than just giving me a cookie cutter answer.

Worst Lowes i have been in. Bought a vanity that was marked for 299.99 and it rang up for $4.58 at the self checkout. I let the cashier monitoring the registers and she had no idea what to do so I had to wait for a manager to get the pricing corrected received not thank you or anything but oh well at least I did the right thing. I then asked the manager if I could get some help loading it in my truck. She called for some one and no one showed up. The cashier called 5 more times and no one showed up. After 25 minutes the cashier advised me to go to the customer service counter because that way the managers standing by it could make someone help me! I advised her I am not sure why that was my job and told her that everyone seemed worthless. Luckily a customer whole witnessed this helped me load the vanity.

Bought a screen door from them and paid for professional installation. It took a lot of work to even get the install going in the first place. After the install we have been trying to get someone to come back and adjust the door. I have called eight times requesting warranty service on the door. The last time I tried to call I never got a hold of anyone. I requested on their voicemail, three different departments, was put on hold for approximately four minutes and then disconnected. Their service is awful, their service after the sale is completely unacceptable! I will never do business with this store again!!

This store is so busy they won't return calls and when you call tell you they will have to call you back. Ordering appliances from them is nothing short of a nightmare.

I went to Lowe's in Greeley to purchase a screen door and I tried to find someone that would help and was unable to in the whole store. I rang the bell and still no one would even respond to help at all. So much for buying the screen door from them. I have ran into the issue with getting help at the Lowe's in Fort Collins as well. I would say poor customer service for sure. Check out Ace Hardware, they are wonderful and so very helpful. They have my business for sure !

Being a navy vet, it was really moving to see this at Lowes on Memorial Day 2019. Thanks you for being vet friendly when that is not always a popular stance to have. Thank you for having special parking for vets and a vets discount (10%). You guys are awesome

We had a very aggravating experience at the customer service desk on Sunday, 4/7. We purchased a Tiller from a friend and it needs service because it is not working correctly. The machine has a Lowe's sticker on it so we called the store and made it clear we did not purchase it there; they said no problem, bring it in. We got to the store and spent the next 30 min waiting around for someone who knew how to process what we needed. Finally someone came over and started inputting our info then we were told we needed an original purchase date and receipt (which we had already told them several times we did not have). If someone had told us this up front we would not have wasted time loading the machine, driving over, waiting around in the store and then reloading the stupid thing. Meanwhile we still have a non-working tiller.

I came to the Greeley location earlier today and purchased some MDF. After I got home I realized it needed to be cut down so I called the store and they said they could do that for me with no problems. When I looked up the phone number on their website I also noticed they closed at 10:00pm. When I arrived at 9:30pm at the store the doors were locked although the Business Hours on the main entrance also said they closed at 10:00pm, so I called the store and explained my issue. They refused to help me and denied the posted hours stating I would have to return when the store reopens tomorrow morning. I don't need to buy anything so there's no need for any registers to be open I just need to have a board cut to size. I drove 45 minutes to get here, now I'll have to drive 45 minutes back home only to have to do this all over again in the morning because they absolutely would not honor the business's hours posted on the building and on the website. Now as I sit in the parking lot typing this review, I can see 6 capable employees just standing around the customer service desk doing nothing productive. If I worked here I definitely would've handled the situation better, but I don't and that's the entire reason I'll permanently take my business to their nearest competition.

Lumber department associate was called to assist me by the cashier, he cane up, walked passed me and went & got on the phone, totally ignoring me. Once it was convenient for him to hear my question, he had no idea what type of wood I was looking for and was not interested in finding out if they even sold it. His demeanor was short and rude. Another rude associate sitting in the back S/W corner office cubicle area told me to go to a craft store. Went to Home Depot where they were more than happy to assist me with my large purchase for a Boy Scout troop project.

We ordered appliances through the Lowe's in town 3 months ago. Since ordering them, our delivery date has been changed 3 times. None of them were told to us until we called to find out what was going on with our order. Upon calling the most recent time, all I got was a dismissal and "there's nothing we can do". Now I will be moving into a new home with no appliances in the kitchen to cook for my family. Communication is garbage and customer service has been equally as bad. Will likely never place an order through Lowe's again after this, due to the fact it is not the first time for a bad experience.
