I was paying for gas at this store and then I went in to ask about the bathrooms but the cashier is a hostile and disrespectful man who not only denied my husband and I the bathroom but also threatened to call the police repeating the name “policia” in Spanish; He is a racist who discriminates against many people according to what I have read the bad reviews he has. He should not be employed in this store or any other with that horrible and pedantic attitude.

Went in at 10pm with winning lottery tickets I wanted to cash in for more tickets. The older white man working refused to scan my tickets or even allow me to purchase anything. He’s racist and after multiple complaints he is still there treating other customers the same way. Look at all the reviews specifically about him. A lawsuit for discrimination should teach your company.

The man that works the really late shift is an absolute nut job and I’m going to do everything in my power to get this man removed! The fact that the owner or management won’t fire him already, after countless complaints of his hysterical outburst and down right rudeness is beyond me! Yesterday, around 3:30am I went there to grab a pack of cigarettes. I asked for the brand that I wanted and then went to get the money to pay him, after handing him the money I noticed that he didn’t give me the 100s, I politely said, oh I need the 100s in these please. He then proceeded in the rudest tone to tell me NO! I said, surprisingly I’m sorry excuse me? He then raised his voice and said, NO! I said, why not? Keep in mind I had handed him the money. He said, that’s not what you asked for and I replied to him.. yes, I did and you didn’t give me the 100s and maybe you didn’t hear me correctly. I just need to get the same brand but in 100s. He keeps saying no and tells me to leave. He then picks up the phone to I’d assume call the cops. I asked are you calling the police? Because if not then I am. I waited and stood there watching him repeatedly push a bunch of buttons and pretend to call I’d assume. Because it doesn’t take that long. I knew he was only waiting me out. At this point I’ve wasted 15 mins in this store with this psycho. Not to mention him cursing me under his breathe and calling me names. At this point I’m beyond mad and tell him not to worry, I’d call the cops. So, I did. Sadly, I had to bother the police to prove mainly a point that you don’t treat customers this way and to get what I had paid for. The dispatcher (who was on speaker) tells me okay just stand away from him and we will get someone over there. She takes my number as well. After I hang up I stood by the door and just waited. Looking outside and then he begins to yell at me. Screaming to get out (picture attached, it wouldn’t let me upload the video) honestly, I’m there for 35 mins now. It got to the point where he was coming towards me and then walking away saying some really insane stuff. I thought I have 3 kids at home so just leave the store before this crazy worker ends up hurting you. I told him that I would be handling this and filing a complaint. Honestly, I was scared to death. I ended up meeting with the officer and she Said that it was more civil anyway and smart for me to leave and that this sort of thing has happened on many occasions. Let it be known that I’ve had this same man be weird and down right rude to me previous times but to this extent he had not taken it. I called today to speak with a manager and no one was there. I will not just stand by and be treated this way. I can only imagine how many people will literally avoid that store (even being the only one open for miles) just because of that man. Someone needs to handle this situation before this guy hurts someone or even gets hurt. I say that meaning, maybe the next person he does this to, won’t be as calm as I was! I’m outraged and if you need something from the store I’d advise to stay as far away from this store as possible.

The older man who’s there at 4 am on week days is really rude! And a lil racist. This isn’t the first time I have encountered a disagreement with him. But he’s definitely rude.

My co worker went in 09/25 late in the evening to purchase cigarettes. He presented his ID with a whole punched in it along with his temporary paper ID and the cashier refused to sell him cigarettes. He also presented his passport and the clerk said I’m not taking nothing from you. I then went in to purchase the cigarettes with my ID and was told no because I was buying them for my co worker. I then told the cashier there shouldn’t be an issue because he has all forms of ID needed. The cashier said I’m not selling to him. I then told the cashier there shouldn’t be a reason not to. The only reason I could think of was because he was Mexican. The clerk also refused to give me his managers name and phone number. I was also told by the clerk he was going to call the cops on me. I then left and will be talking to the general manager about this incident. The clerks name is Brian

Watch for the early morning Male Employee. Greyish hair, glasses, attitude. Was purchasing a monster the Java/coffee ones and grabbed a STÓK(a creamer for coffee but has caffeine in it)from the hot coffee bar to give my cold coffee a kick. Dude said that I could not have the extra creamer/energy shot which are free for hot coffee he said. I said I can pay and he said no so I rolled out without anything. Great way to start my day. Never will I go there for anything again.

So i walked in never met the orderly man working there when he refused my service for no reason at all i asked y he refused to service me he couldn't give a me a reason or a explaintion as for y refused my service so i asked for a manager number and refused and and called the cops on me for no reason or explanation!!! I'll be posting this all over all Midas untill I get a reason as y he would refuse my service this happened 01/05/2023 at 10:30

Most of the guys there are cool but this guy Paul has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be working with the public. They need to cut their losses and get rid of him. Otherwise, great place!

They decided to bypass the sale pricing on cigarettes and pocket the savings from the supplier, they charge $.30 per gallon higher than a block away and when I needed to spend a minute to move some things (cooler) around in my truck, after getting gas, I mentioned it to the cashier and he kicked me off the property.

I love this place! The people are always so nice. One time there was a mixup with my card and I didn’t have enough to cover my gas and the attendant paid! I did come back to repay, but what service!
