Open from 6-5pm, late fee 30 min past appointment. My appointment was at 8am, checked in at 7:50am, unloaded and out of here by 9am

I arrived a day early & asked if I could spend the night & they said yes, but she told me that the facility would close & I wouldn't be able to get in. I guess she meant to go to the restroom.
My appointment was at 9am, but since they were slow, they took me in right away & gave me a door, loaded me & waited for a call to go sign my bills.
The ONLY thing I didn't like here was the STAIRS!! TOO MANY!! Had me huffing n puffing!????
Easy back.
Customer service was ?
Loader was ?
Everything was wonderful!
No problems ???
Scale was around the corner at QT.

Three hours from check-in to check-out just to pick up my load. Big line of trucks waiting while they slowly load/unload maybe two at a time. Skip this place. Not worth it.

Quick load time. Arrived an hour early, checked in up stairs and was immediately given a door. Truck entrance is at the norther end and you exit out the southern. Truck traffic has to follow that flow or you’ll have to back out into the street from where you came. Office staff was nice and the guy who loaded knows what he’s doing. Slid my tandems after and was perfect when scaled!
