It was the first loss my husband and I had to handle by ourselves and we are so thankful we chose Lighthouse Family Mortuary. Chris helped us every step of the way from our first phone call all the way to after everything was finished. He always kept us updated every step of the way. We went with the cremation service and he explained everything step by step. He was very compassionate and very helpful. He really helped us through one of our darkest times and made the process a lot less stressful. We were definitely feeling a little relief knowing they were keeping us updated and always answered our questions. We live an hour away and we were more than happy to make the drive because they were so good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We had to bury our youngest brother Feb 2023. And now my dear mother-in-law. Both times they were beyond professional and compassionate. They took the brunt of the work so we could do what we needed to and that was grieve. Both times we felt like they knew the person they were performing a service for. They are true servers. It feels like family taking care of family. Thank you for all you have done for our family.

Greeley Friends.....If ever you are in need of a Mortuary....Please, please let me recommend An Excellent, Compassionate, Family Owned Mortuary!!!! We chose Lighthouse Family Mortuary for my mom and I am so not regretting our choice!!!!! They are family owned Not Corporate owned and they are Awesome!!!!!! Zack and Chris are the two owners. Zack was a Sheriff and a Coroner. Chris was a Police Officer and Coroner. And then they both worked for a Big Name Mortuary that was taken over by a corporation. They are sensitive, caring, compassionate and also can be funny. I knew when Zack came to get my mom that I did not need to worry once he walked out the door with her. They were so considerate of her body and put me at ease. In talking with Chris today he was also very caring, compassionate, kind and helpful!!!!@LighthouseFamilyMortuary -Thank You SOOOOOO Much on behalf of myself and my family!!!! We appreciate you more than you will ever know!!!!!!!

I give Lighthouse Family Mortuary a 5 star review. My mother passed away recently unexpectedly and during this difficult and could be a traumatic experience the people at Lighthouse Family Mortuary really helped, planning a loved one’s death, by taking some heavy load off during the loss of a loved one. They didn’t make us feel like we were just some number or case instead treated us as if it were themselves going through this or their own going through this hard process. I Highly recommend them to whoever reads reviews and I spoke highly to my own family and friends about these people and recommended. My husband and I ourselves are going to sit down with Lighthouse and make pre-arrangements for our loved ones because of how please we are with how they treated my family and us. Thank you Lighthouse Family Mortuary for everything you guys have done for us. God put you guys on our hearts for a reason. And we’re so blessed thank you again!

Lighthouse was extremely horrible, they cremated my dad without my permission and was still trying to get $1800 from us. I never even got to tell my dad goodbye my dad was cremated for 7 days before I even found out. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE THERE. They treated my dad as if he had no family members. Me and my sisters will never forget our experience with theses thieves ever. Horrible!!!!!

Lighthouse Family Mortuary was great to work with. From our initial call with Chris, to making arrangements with Zach. Our loved ones loss was unexpected and most of us were not from the area. They were able to get us in right away to help make plans before we all had to leave town. Highly recommend these guys!

What I like about this place is when you called him you never got a machine they always called you back with an answer and they never they never took advantage of you and try to push extra stuff never try to push extra when you were grieving they do not try to take advantage of you they never try to push extra stuff and they are the cheapest place in town. They tell you like it is thank you for helping us in our time of loss

Zach and team were the blessing I was looking for! They assured me they would take care of my husband , Michael. And they truly did. My heart was at peace knowing he wasn't alone❤. I could not have asked for a better send off for him.I would highly recommend Lighthouse Family Mortuary to everyone, in their time of grief.

Lighthouse Family Mortuary took us in like we were their own family and helped us through every step of the process of laying our mother to rest. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Chris and his wife, and the lovely people at the First Church of the Nazarene for giving us such a wonderful last memory with her. Thank you, LFM for a great experience during one of the toughest times of our lives.

Lighthouse has been outstanding!! We lost a loved one unexpectedly recently, no prior plans were made and to be honest we really didn't know the next steps. I called a couple places and just felt rushed and not very personal. I found lighthouse and immediately felt so much different talking to them. Chris took a lot of time to work with us with compassion and understanding. He guided us through the process but we never once felt rushed or pushed into any decisions. We love that they are a family owned business they provide that personal touch needed in this hard time for families. They have gone above and beyond any expectations we could have, Our family would highly recommend them.

Lighthouse mortuary was just that for our family... a light during our darkest time. We lost a loved one very quickly and sort of unexpectedly this last June. We were all lost and confused. As my niece and I sat down and started to make our calls to others. Lighthouse was the first and only one to actually talk to us. To get my name, our loved ones name, and guide us through their process, and made it feel less scary. When I hung the phone up, I told my niece instantly how this was the place. And she said it was fitting, which was absolutely right. I can't thank them enough for their patience, their guidance, and the care and compassion they had for all of us as a family. I don't look forward to having to use their service again. But I know when there is a next time, who I will be calling.

I would recommend Lighthouse funeral Mortuary to any family dealing with the loss of a loved one. Death is not easy to deal with under any circumstances...I put my trust in them to handle my husband Christopher Martinez services .. Everything was perfect ..I have so much gratitude and appreciation..I could not of got thru it without them they have so much compassion and empathy for family's..Thanks again Lighthouse
