This place is listed as an Amazon Hub Locker. Earlier this week my wife and I went here to pick up our package. There was no kiosk, or anything indicating it was an Amazon hub. We asked the clerk and he tried to blow us off, "I don't know anything about that". We showed him my cell phone with email showing pickup location. We just got more, "I don't know anything about that". Finally, after searching the store, I found a little sign saying "Amazon Hub Locker". It was right under his nose but, "I don't know anything about that". We basically refused to leave the store until I got my package and he finally went into the back and produced a package. It was the wrong one. He went back again and finally found the correct one. He never checked my ID or even asked me my name. This leads to several questions. Why is this place listed as an Amazon Hub Locker when one was not present? Why was the clerk so rude? Why did he not know his own store was listed an Amazon Hub Locker? Why did he not even check my ID? I notified Amazon about this and posted a complaint to Kum And Go. Will any action be taken? Anyway, if you want to use this place to pick up your Amazon package, you may want to go elsewhere. As for myself, I will never go to a Kum and Go again for any reason.I gave it one star because it would not take zero.

Got ripped off here using Google pay was charged twice for gas, when I went in and said pump needed to be turned on, she said oh no your card didn't go through and had me tap it again on another register when I asked if I would be charged I was assured I wouldn't be, by her and the manager the gentle man with red hair.. but as you can clearly see I was. After waiting with my bank they sent me to Google pay since that's how I paid I had no luck with customer service. Also when I went to the store and told another cashier what had happened she said come back and talk to the manager the guy with red hair she stated. I just laughed and left, and haven't been back. I'm curious how you can't fix this even with proof in font of your face I was clearly charged twice. The transaction was 2 mins apart, definitely not enough time for me to put 20 dollars and come back in for 20 more. Come on people this is common sense and not a big deal people make mistakes all the time, but it's nice when they could own up, especially when it's a business. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Wendy helped me tonight! She is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable employee! She welcomed me in, and made some great recommendation for winter gear to help get me through the storm. If she isn’t already management she should be! You just don’t get customer service like this every day! I will be back!

Store discriminates against people with a medical condition not being able to wear a mask, refuse to serve them. Meanwhile the manager wears a filthy neck gator that is visibly dirty and is less than hygienic himself, usually hasn't showered. Employees wearing masks with noses out. I'll never go to Kum and go again.

I was asked to leave the store because I didn’t have a face covering on. The clerk said “Even if you have a medical condition in which you can’t wear a mask you will need to use curbside service”Won’t be shopping at this Kum and Go ever again.
