Since switching over to Maverick the company itself has been very impressive. The night staff that work overnight are impeccable in their work, they work hard and always put the customer first. I've read quite a few of these reviews and what it seems like is people didn't like what they were told and decided to post a bad review. This place is very customer oriented and incredibly generous and forthcoming when it comes to sales and prices they're the best.

Was Cum & Go now it’s Maverick, some of the same employees but you can definitely see the change for the worse overnight. All of the Kum & Go’s changed names in this area. The break-fast sandwiches and pizza used to be good, now they are served in a paper bag and was still frozen from the freezer. Quality is nothing like it used to be. I probably won’t shop at Cum & Go anymore. Circle K is so much better how.

Been by twice and both times I had to leave due to inconvenience. There are two rest rooms and I wasn't able to use one because of the other being cleaned. So once again I had to take my business else where I know for the future to not use this location

Employees are rude. I was told to "have a day I deserve.". What is that other than rude when I asked questions and told them I could go to another Kum and Go and get my discount. Will NEVER go back.

Bought 5 Colorado lottery tickets with the Colorado plus today, the machine give one free play ticket the clerk tossed the ticket inside the box set on the counter when I asked if I get an extra free play she said no. This is my last store that I shop, not honest employee.

Absolute worst staff possible. Extremely rude and simply not a place to go and spend your money. Unless you want to get charged incorrectly and receive backtalk when questioning it.

The manager and her associate Lorna ( who tried to hide her name tag when I asked for her name) at store # 910 at 366 7th Ave in Greeley CO. were so rude. Told me to take my business elsewhere. Over a coffee misunderstanding.Really? This is how employees treat customers in this store in Colorado? And here I thought everyone was nice in CO.Grumpy and non-people oriented people should not have jobs in the retail business.

Do not work for this company. I tried to explain to the manager about some serious issues and there only solution was to fire me, but turn it into something else. I will definitely be taking legal action. I promise you, I’m smarter than I look!

I use to work at a kum and go. How things have changed. Can't speak for everyone but the night time staff was incredibly rude, had short responses, and made me and other customers feel stupid. I hope things change with what can be a great convenience store.

I had a incredibly rude experience. At 12:30 PM they had a man cleaning the bathrooms. When I told him I had to REALLY go and I would be quick he refused and yelled at me. Clean your bathrooms in the am when you aren’t busy. People come to the gas station because they need gas, food, and to use the RESTROOM. They refused to put the customer first. Several people had to go behind me. Just bad timing and bad priorities.

Just had a cashier tell me she wasn't a gm so she doesn't have to have anything stocked for customers. Wilson was right next to her when she said this . I come here very often. I can go somewhere else.....
