“Although they didn't have the largest truck available, that I reserved, they were willing to give me 2 of the size smaller to make up for it. I was driving alone, so that wouldn't work for me, but they still tried to make it up to me by giving me more than the 35 mile limit, in case I needed to make another trip. My one-way move was going to be 32 miles, so I accepted the extra mileage (+100 miles) , just in case I'd have to make a second round -trip, as well as giving padding so I could gas up without worrying when returning the truck. Really great service! If they hadn't offered those alternatives, I probably would have gone to another Uhaul or another moving service. They really worked to keep the business, and even had the truck pulled up and ready to be driven away, as soon as I got there. Thanks Uhaul!”
