Ive been to a couple pawn shops in the area and this place has to be the rudest ? like i couldnt even ask a simple question without the lady scoffing like alright i just wanted a lil cheap xbox for movies? EZPawn hooked it up tho! Would rather shop with them

Purchased tv from this shop. 17 days after purchase and finally had entertainment room set up and tv mounted to the wall had the problem of the tv going completely black after 30 minutes of viewing. Called the shop. Was told to call back and speak to the manager. Called back was greeted with "Why did someone tell you to speak with the manager? What is their name?" was told they could only do exchanges for store credit. I was told that was fine. Was then told only for 14 days. I had said I was willing to spend more than twice what i had originally spent. they insisted they could not do anything. Would not reccomend. do not purchase electronics from them especially.

Call Kings Pawn hands-down is the best pawn shop here in Greeley, ColoradoWhen I got there, I was greeted and was asked if there’s anything that I need. I had told the nice guy Troy what I was there, for he took a look at what I had and he gave me what I asked for. Now that’s how you do business. Kings Pawn all the way.

Absolutely terrible service I’m not sure if it was the owner or manager but he was rude and acted as if it was a complete waste of his time to help me as a customer I would much rather shop at a store and pay full price I mean you can go to harbor freight and get better deals. Beware!

Unlike a lot of people on here I didn't need money I just had some stuff I didn't want anymore. Let me tell you, from walking in the door this place was bad news. I won't even get into the smell of the place but I should have walked out right there. Now, on to my story. Like I said I have recently moved to the area and in the MO e we bought some new items. I was unpacking and thought I would just go into the shop and sell some things just so I didn't have to take the time to post them online. I didn't expect to get the price I would selling them elsewhere but boy was I surprised when the told me what they would pay. I won't go into details but I will say I immediately walked out and went to their competitors where I was treated much better and got about 20% more per item out the gate. Seller beware at this place for sure. And, I have to concur with some of the others on here that talk about rude staff. Even beyond the lowball prices the services was terrible. They acted as though it was a bother for me to even be there. They need some serious customer service training as right now they definitely don't know how to treat customers.

I go to kings quite often with jewelry I buy in bulk and sort thru. Usually they are very fair and helpful. Today however, a young girl was tending the store and said can I help you? I said I had a couple watches I'd like to find out what thier value is. Before even looking at them she told me they don't take anymore watches I've sold them there before, but I just said ok and left. The watches I had were a nixon and a mavado. ..not just any watches. The young lady might want to at least look before she speaks. it just seemed very rude.
