I basically live next door so I’m always shopping here but your self checkout employees need to absolutely take a chill pill. Idk what about my petite pregnant self screams “thief” but I’ve never felt more watched while doing self checkout in my life. You guys will literally stand directly behind people and look over shoulders. The other day I had placed my reusable shopping bag in the area you put your scanned groceries, and without paying attention to the screen I started to scan some chicken and place it in my bag. As I was placing it in the bag, a worker came over almost seeming to be in a panic, saying I “didn’t scan my item” no sir, your system didn’t scan my item because it put an error message on the screen when I put my bag down. His behavior was as if I was trying to intentionally steal the damn chicken. I was not even going to be able to move forward in the checkout process without an associate putting in their special little code so I’m not sure what the panic was all about but seriously… chill tf out. I’m not the only person your staff makes uncomfortable in that way.

This a store comparable to walmart. It is a one-stop shop for home goods, yard and garden, and groceries.
The store is clean and well stocked, and it seems like there is always a register open and ready.
I love the variety available here. The best part is when you ask someone where something is, they actually know!

Urgent care sent a prescription in the afternoon on a Friday. The King Soopers pharmacy received it that afternoon, but didn't fill the script until Sunday afternoon.

I want to start by saying your employees are amazing and I have never had a bad interaction with anyone in the store.
I went in to the store twice yesterday and between the line at the pharmacy and the checkout lines I waited an hour in lines at this store.
I have a one year old and it is very difficult to bag my own groceries when he is with me. To avoid this difficulty, you might suggest ordering online for pickup... However, every time I do this items are missing from my order or "unavailable".
I guess I don't understand the point of poorly staffing, your pharmacy, your registers and online pickup... There's literally no good way to get service.

I usually do pick up. The people are always nice. Sometimes I get substitutions that mess up coupons or "deals". However, when you reach out to customer service, they make it right.

Click list pick up employees are rude!! If you don't like your job find a new one. Management needs to address this! They also load everything at the very edge of trunk so when you get home everything falls out. They need training.

Store Manager Robert and Assistant Manager Janay are a blessing to our community. Thank you Robert and Janay for all you do for us. We appreciate you!
Upper Management: On Halloween, Robert put on the custom costume of himself from corporate and took the time to stop and talk to my disabled friend with cerebral palsy. Robert needs to be put first in the kingdom of heaven (King Supers). At any given moment you can catch him doing the right thing.

I've been shopping here for years and years. Watch the slow decline in produce if even they even have it in stock. Shelves never stocked. No karts. No care from employees. No longer will I shop here. I'll drive to somewhere that wants my business. Pay your employees more or shut the doors. This store is only taking advantage of us, and ZERO service provided for the cost. Asked for a store manager numbers, and no one could even tell me or find it or even cared. BYE kings was a fun ride.

Best grocery store in town. Also one of the last to not basically force you to use self check out. Every time I go, the store has multiple cashiers unlike pretty much all other stores in town. I go out of my way to go to this store because of the meat department because of the quality and variety. Hate the parking lot but definitely not the worst.
