I have been a loyal customer to this location since 1984. I loved it. The employees felt like family. Store was always stocked and clean. Customer service was excellent including at the pharmacy. In the past 5 years it has fallen apart. Incredibly unprofessional and rude staff. Shelves are becoming more and more empty. Today I had a long list of specific items needed. At least 50% was unavailable. I'm done. Will be driving across town to 35th Avenue location. Hoping for stocked shelves and respectful staff. Fingers crossed. Why has the company allowed such poor management at this location???

It's strange the picture shown has the type of shoes I wear not the size. But I always have my wedding ring on. I always use the best gas they offer. Someone stole my fuel points. However, King Soopers is a real stand up top management. They understood I was ?, and went above great service. Fixed the situation, even refunded my points. I tend to be a bit feisty and whoever stole my points karma ? is alive!!

I had a stat prescription ordered from my doctor and it took the pharmacy over two days to fill it. When I went in to get it the guy was more than rude. Terrible customer service. Not to mention when leaving the lady behind me said, "This place is the worst I feel your pain hunny." What an awful reputation to have yet they manage to h hold it. And it is appalling to me that when I need an emergency STAT prescription it takes two days. Will never use this pharmacy again. Walgreens manages to get the prescription and fill it in an hour don't waste your time trying king scoopers.

Went to pick up prescriptions, I was told they were giving COVID-19 shots until 10:00...it was 9:30 and nobody else there but me and pharmacist, and tech. Transferring my prescriptions to king soopers across town.

I love this local King Soopers, the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They get new products often , I like trying them. This store is usually very well stocked and organized and clean. This is my go to grocery store!
