These folks at 35th Kings Rx.. have always cared. They've always been good to me here.
I've used pharmacies for most of my adult life, and this has been this best one.

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service at this facility , I was screamed at and harassed by an older white lady with white hair and glasses that works there "watching the self checkout " screaming on the top of her lungs that I was stealing groceries with a manager standing there telling her that's not what is happening, she kept touching the food I was trying to scan and throwing it back into my cart , and was upset that I wouldn't put my groceries on the ground. Told me I should be ashamed of myself for stealing groceries , threw my debit card, my $300 receipt, and my coupons in my cart and told me to "get the fuck out of here" Absolutely a disgrace of a human being working in customer service.. I left the store in tears.

Been going to Walgreens for 7 years. They will send you an email telling you a prescription is ready. You get there. Wait 2 hours in line to get. Told to come back in an hour. We had to quit using them. Couldn't handle the time involved. We have been going to this pharmacy for about 3 months and we'd love them if there's a line. They still rush you through it. I have never waited. Hardly anytime. Anyplace you go is going to be busy but these people treat you like a human being. I have nothing but very good to say for them. Anyone who doesn't should try Walgreens. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work

This is the worst pharmacy in Greeley. I’ve never had a good experience here. The lines are always long, there’s never enough workers, and the workers that are there don’t open up second registers to move the line along. Thankfully, my insurance company is dropping them from my network and going with other pharmacies.

Absolutely horrible Pharmacy. Have had nothing but problems. They are rude and say they have no prescriptions and then suddenly they find it and it's my fault they lost it.

Come here if you like long checkout lines, empty shelves and aisles that for some reason were purposely narrowed. I hope you enjoy bagging your own groceries while bag boys stand around chilling with the manager.

The ABSOLUTE WORST. They failed to fill a prescription on 5/10 for 5/11. It never showed up in the app. We called on and they still said no prescriptions under my name. I go to my appointment and got a prescription for the next month in process, will not be done until tomorrow PM. We call King Soopers again and they initially say no prescriptions and then suddenly they find it but now say they can't release my prescription for today (for 3 pills) because of the prescription for the next month. Have had nothing but problems.

This King Soopers pharmacy was great! The pharmacy techs were very friendly and patient, even they were busy. The Pharmacist who helped me was very courteous and helpful in assisting me with switching from another King's pharmacy, and she also was very nice to me when I showed up at literally the last minute to pick up my Rx. This level of patience and courtesy goes a long way for a very positive first impression. Highly recommended.

The store itself is average but the pharmacy has become the worst around. Long lines, waiting time is usually 45-90 minutes, only to not have your prescription ready anyway. My last 3 refills have taken up to a week to get and they are very common drugs. I quit taking 2 since my BP was fine for the week without them. For 4 months the pharmacist has apologized repeatedly and begged for another chance to make things better. Well it continues to get worse so I am looking for a new place to go.
