I've been feeling down about my nails for the past week. Came in for a fill in and feel restored! My nails look so good! It's such a nice, relaxing environment. 10/10 recommend!!

Been coming back after my first visit, however was left unsatisfied lately. I asked for dip and received very thick looking nails so I went back to get them fixed. I was told I had to pay for a new full set, which I was okay with because I like their work. While some of the technicians are nice, some aren't as welcoming. I had glue residue left all over and didn't get hand lotion or oil after (which I got every other time). I was also originally told it would be $50, but I got charged $60. I unfortunately won't be coming back

It was mine and my daughters first time here. We’ve been searching for a new nail salon and this is our new place for sure. They were so sweet and did a great job. Very patient with my 5 year old. Highly recommend!Service: Nail painting

Im not looking for an apology, to be welcomed back, or called a liar. The only reason I’m giving this business one star is because zero stars is not an option. I was unsatisfied with my dip and pedicure services and they refused me a refund or discount on my total of $105. The technician who did my nails was obviously in a rush to leave work which I understand but I had an appointment so my services should not have been unsatisfactory due to that. The outcome was very messy and she didn’t do a lot of things I asked her to do even though she said she would. (Gel on my toes, manicuring my hands getting the cuticles on my hands, etc) When she was done doing my nails and asked me to wash my hands, by the time I got back to her station, her bag was all packed up and she was ready to walk out the door with me. I get black dip and the technician didn’t clean my nails properly before she added the clearcoat so the bottom of my nails looked very dirty next to my cuticle and the base of my nails had a bubble type shape. They weren’t flat and did not look natural. They asked me to come in and get my nails fixed and I told them i could TRY because I didn’t have a babysitter, but I wanted to schedule an appointment for my sister anyways so id just come with her. I requested a discount or refund initially because I am a single mother and had to pay $30 to watch somebody to watch my son to get my nails done in the first place. I cannot afford to pay another babysitter to get my nails fixed but the man who I presume is the manager or owner of the shop insisted that I get them fix with my screaming child there, so I tried anyways, which didn’t go well for me. The man “fixed my nails” (filed them down and put a gel clearcoat) and began to fix my pedicure that I was unsatisfied with because the polish on my nails did not even reach the outer edges of my nail and my feet were left very rough still. The man who was helping me asked if I got gel or polish I told him polish he didn’t believe me and asked how I knew it was polish. I told him I knew because I have a cosmetology license, and I know that gel polish cures under a light. He put down his drill and went to get some acetone and as I told him, my nails were polished, not painted with gel. I told him I already knew that they were polish that I initially asked for gel, but the technician did not give it to me. He proceeded to tell me that I need to ask for gel at the beginning of my pedicure, which I did. I was not going to argue with him any further, so I had him stop my service and went over to my sister, who is being helped by somebody else so I could pay for her services and leave. This man decided to bring me a receipt of my transaction and tell me I did not pay for gel. I was very aware I didn’t pay for gel. I had asked for it, and did not receive it.. he said well I paid for it, so I must’ve known what I was paying for. The screen you pay through or a receipt does not break this down, so how would I have known how much they charged me for each service? Anyway, I left with my issue completely unresolved and paid for my sisters services which were not bad she just got a basic manicure and pedicure from a lady. I will not be back and will be asking my bank to dispute the charges made here, and do not want to be welcomed back as the owner told somebody else in a different review. This business is VERY unprofessional. Yikes. (The photos attached are of my nails AFTER getting “fixed”. My left toe is how they let me leave their salon and my right foot is the initial pedicure.)

I love this salon. I have been going there for many times and they do all of my pedicures and manicures. My French gel manicures last a full 3 weeks, sometimes longer.

It's ok. When you schedule an apt, you arrive, and they can't attend you until 10 or 15 min later of your apt time. Nail wise, it's ok. They leave your nails pretty bumpy. Their prices are pretty high for the work they do.

Fantastic service and staff, I'm in town for only a few days and needed a full pampering. Great variety of gel colors, great staff & service. Extremely satisfied. Will definitely be coming back here.

I've been coming to K1 for a while now and I always leave very satisfied. It is always clean and a very relaxing atmosphere. These nails were done by Jenny who always does excellent work! K1 nails also does punch cards when you visit. Double points if you pay with cash. I would recommend calling to make an appointments as they are pretty popular.

I’ve been here twice for a pedicure and I have loved it both times. Both times I made an appointment and went during the day on a weekday, and neither time did I have to wait for longer than it took me to choose a color. Each time the pedicure was exactly what I expected! I like that they are very upfront about prices. Each time they have given me a menu, I choose which pedicure I want, and then they let me know that gel is another $15 and tell me my new total. I have gone to other nail salons where I have no idea how much it will be until I pay ? Overall, great place!Service: Pedicure
