Bob is no longer the owner here, sadly... The new ownership is Trash! They don't honor appointments, this morning I was told they couldn't service my car because they were having gravel delivered later in the day. The new office girl, George (they/them) seems to be more concerned about their pronouns than making sure appointments are being kept. Wear a mask if you do enter, you're likely to catch a gleek from the gaps in reality and teeth! BEWARE! I was quoted $500 for an oxygen sensor replacement and told it would take a week to fix once they got the part in and this is after my third appointment to have the work done! This is a sad fall from grace for this business. I ended up going to 'The Wrench' right up the road and they did top tier work, what used to be available here...Save yourself the time and headache. Take your business to some straight shooters and time conscious people, anywhere but here will suffice!!!

my mothers 2005 Nissan Sentra broke downs dna we took it to the shop for repairs. A gentleman called us and told us we needed to come in for payment before he could work on our car that was already sitting in his shop for a week and a half. When we arrived that man kept insisting on giving a discount for working on our car if she agreed to go in a date with him, he even once slapped her on the behind. When she declined he became very cold and dismissive of our needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Whatever you do, do not go here at all!! They are a bunch of money grabbing scammers who leech on daily working people just trying to make a living. Came in for a repair regarding noise coming from transmission but instead had “fixed” a different issue I was not aware of only to notify me that they found the issue of the noise and need to pay again to get it fixed. SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THESE DEMONS!

Problems with car never got fixed. Numerous emails and phone calls to customer services False to help me and and never reply to my phone calls . Avoid this place at all time and its a big scam and they can't fix any car.

HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE, had to bring my vehicle multiple times and each and every time I came back my car gotten worse!! Terrible customer service, dirty and most of all TERRIBLE MECHANICS. I normally don’t come on here and attack small business because I understand the struggle it takes to keep one running. However, there’s no excuse for the customer experience and quality of work that I received when visiting this establishment. Not only was I not satisfied with the outcome of what I paid for but when I asked clarifying questions I was rudely brushed off and told to take my business elsewhere. 0/10 overall service.Services: Oil change

Bob has been my family’s go to Mechanic for the past 5-10 years but this shop has not been the same. They don’t fix what they’re supposed to fix, they charge you for stuff you didn’t ask them to do , and get angry and loud whenever you question the work they did. This shop used to be a shop you can depend on with quality work and customer service but it’s sad to see it’s no longer that. If I can give this place Zero stars , I would.

This auto shop has terrible customer services. They just want to make money without service. They don't actually fix your car. If anything they make it worse. I went to get my brakes fixed 3 times by Just Bobs and they didn't fix the brakes and charged me for other repairs that I didn't ask for.
