This place sucks. Had our jeep for three weeks now. Everything covered under warranty. They don’t return calls. The service manager won’t return calls or come out of his little office and deal with us. No one seems to know what’s going wrong on. We have in our warranty package to get a loaner vehicle. They say that they don’t have any at the moment. But, if we go and rent a car for $40 a day that they will reimburse us $35 a day. We will never deal with them again after we get the jeep back

It's been a long time since I ran across some company representative who actually knew that establishing a returning customer base through positive relationships was healthy for their business.
Service manager Brian Durfee (sp) models the above policy in flawless and sincere fasion. He recognised the circumstance surrounding my vehicle's need and gave it appropriate treatment without any extranious nonesense.
I have only owned my truck for a few months when I first brought it in; and as any of you know, buying used means there's some sorting through the vehicle to make it right.
Most of the time, that has to be done in intervals.
Brian was perfect in walking me through the process.
Thanks to all of you for establishing such trust and professional conduct.

Max was super helpful when buying out my lease. Very polite and always checked in on us when waiting for finance. David was very personable and we loved working with him. He made sure to answer all questions simply while signing papers and letting us know about coverage and extended warranty. Each experience we have had at this location has been great

The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. I showed up before opening time and Luis Reyes the sales manager was there to show me a few trucks. I told him what I was there for and he didn’t try and push for me to get something more expensive They were kind and not pushy. Luis Casas was amazing to work with. They will have my business for years to come. Thank you Mike Shaw Ram.

The best experience I have ever had buying a car by far!! Edgar Duran was my salesman and he was great. Polite, accommodating, easy to talk to, and he really wanted to help find me the best deal and get what I wanted. I dread going car shopping because of pushy salespeople and man was I surprised that not only was that not the case but I had fun. Our finance guy was David Merems and he is the happiest most friendly guy you will ever meet. The combo of these two men made the experience!

Bad Customer Service in the Service Department. No communication what so ever on what’s going on with your vehicle. We had to continuously call to find out what was going on. Finally got my son’s truck back after a month and the service engine light turned back on after a week. Already left 2 calls for Jessie with no return call! This is the worst place I’ve ever been ever! Will not be going back to them.

I was deeply unimpressed. Your employees mis handled me, wasted my time, and were sloppy. 3 recalls were supposedly performed.
Everything seemed fine until I was on a mountain pass and my blinkers stopped working my A.C. and windows also briefly stopped working. Well done you put myself and my child's life at risk.
