Was a joke, went in to buy 5 bridesmaid dresses and a wedding dress ,I was told to look at a book? TF !! Wouldn't show us any dresses or to even help us , BUT watched us like we were gonna rob her blind . Don't shop there very unprofessional!!!!

The owner ( or the person at the front register) is soooo rude and not helpful at all...if you ask any question she gives u a snotty response like you are bothering her...she makes u feel belittled...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...there are better stores with better helpful, friendly service...THAT LADY NEEDS TO GO TO H*** WERE SHE BELONGS

Great people. Helped me and my daughter pick out her dress for an upcoming ball at school. Felt like being our own little private shop. Had lots of choices and selection.... would recommend to anyone. Would even make adjustments if we needed, however the dress was prefect. Thanks again.

Worst place to shop. We made a 2 hour appointment. The lady didn't want to bring down a dress we loved to try on. They said we had to make another appointment to try on the dress on the mannequin. They showed us nothing but mark downs. The owner was rude and obviously didn't want to make a sale. Would never shop here again!

I have had bad service in the past with the owner but I wanted to give her another try. I took my sister to this store to try out some dresses. The first thing the owner tells us is that we have to make an appointment to try them out because she was too busy to help us. She said she was already booked for the week. Ok first of all, we went on a Saturday and it was dead. No one was at the store yet, she was too busy. What type of service is that? She was not friendly. She was rude.

I ordered a prom dress from here and when I went to go pick it up they weren’t there. The next day I went again and they still weren’t there. I had to go and get a different prom dress because they were not there when I needed it. It’s bad service and prom dresses are not cheap. You run a business and you have a sign that says open 7 days a week. Leave a sign or something especially when you have people with a tight deadline.
