“I was charged about 200$ for the internet box because it was needing to be returned. I was informed when i canceled my account that I would be getting mailed a return slip -- never received it. When the charge appeared and I reached out to the chat center they had assured me as long as I returned the box I would be getting the refund. I returned the box and waited 4/5 days for the refund to be in my account. Unfortunately for me, it wasnt in my account, so i reached out to the message chat center again. They informed me it was credited to my account and I just needed to go to the store to get the refund.
When I went into the store I was helped out by Gilly, he was absolutely amazing!! He was upfront and honest about the situation and communicated with me thoroughly throughout this process. At first it was looking like that wasnt going to be possible, however he made it happen!! The five stars is directly for Gilly! He made this process go a lot smoother”

“Our work company had switched from T-Mobile to Verizon due to poor coverage at our location. I had gotten a few things fixed from Verizon and had to swing by T-Mobile to see if they could in anyway take off the call forwarding that was on when we had made the transfer to Verizon. The gentleman Ryan was absolutely fantastic on helping me for the entire later portion of the afternoon helping get things fixed. Ryan was great from being on the phone with many different people within T-Mobile trying to find the root cause of the issue. Finally there was some answers basically what had happened is when our work had switched from T-Mobile to Verizon T-Mobile approved the transfer but Verizon did not finalize it. Which was causing issues with phone calls being sent to another employee and had seen on the account our number and account were still active. Was finally able to get that deactivated and was receiving phone calls with the work phone. Ryan was AMAZING!! From calling numerous reps being on the phone for two hours trying to help me fix the issue. Ryan was very nice, beyond helpful, great attitude and found the root of the issue and got it taken care of! Much appreciated! Thank you so much! Will be referring family/friends to go to this store due to the excellence of work they do.”
