If I could give this place a zero I would. This was a salon NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a wash a press and trim. This lady washed my hair barely because a 4th of my head I didn't even feel her wash it. And when she flat iron my hair she burnt the crap out of my strands to the point I could smell them burnt. She never put any kind of moisture on my hair so that it would not burn. When I said I wanted her to put my hair back the way it was which meant to go and wet it and let my natural curl come back in she became offended because she thought that she had worked so hard on my hair flat ironing the life out of it. She wanted me to leave the shop looking like Big Bird's grandma and there was just no way I was doing that. I then asked for her to put leave in conditioner in my hair after she wet it again for me to leave. She put a deep conditioning treatment in and tried to charge me $25 more even though it was obvious I walked in looking better than I left. Initially on the phone the lady told me $45 and when I got there it became $76. We stood and negociated $50 for a hair style that should have been free!!!! When I got home I had to put my own products in my hair and wash it again, and I still smell my burnt hair!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend this Salon to anyone. This is not a quality salon and the workers need to go back to cosmetology school badly.

cheap for a reason, don't go there for a hair cut, they don't know and most of them are new people learning how to cut hair. so if you don't mind a messed up cut. it is your place.Service: Haircut

I went in to get a haircut with a clean fade and I came out with the sides being shaved and they didn’t even fade it there very rude we showed them a picture and it was nowhere near what we showed them I do not recommend!Service: Haircut

The lady cutting my son's hair was very rude! They dont know how to work with younger children and the haircut was uneven. Save yourself your time and money and go to a professional barber!Service: Haircut

Waited in the parking lot almost 2 hours for them to call me in ( after calling days a head to schedule an appointment). Never got called and after I called in to ask why they never call they claimed they did. I was on my phone the entire time waiting for a call and i never got one. Horrible costumer experience

The Mrs. Very friendly but they don't cut hair well, the one at station 3, you ask her for a cut and she does what you want. In short, I will never cut my hair with you again.
