I was in a bind yesterday and I needed an affordable small gas powered power washer so I called Hotsy of Greeley and another equipment store in Greeley. Michael got me an estimate right away and he helped me pick out the machine that was gonna meet our needs. I never received the estimate from the other store so I called Michael back and ordered it. He switched around his schedule to bring the machine out. He then showed me the features of the machine and how to take care of it. I sell equipment for a living and I was IMPRESSED by the customer service I received I was treated like a repeat valued customer right off the bat! So I highly would recommend them to anyone needing a machine and they are a GOOD representative for Hotsy as well. We love the machine and we will be back if/when we need another machine in the future !

Went there for a parts and not only did they have what i needed the guy showed me how to adjust pressure on my hotsy..super nice and workers there are friendly asked me 4 times if ive been helped...i also had to go back for an additional part later, and the worker had an extra so i got that for free..definitely be going back
