Gym is great but the security outside harasses customers making me want to go somewhere else. Was told there is a two hour parking limit but there’s no signs anywhere stating so. It’s not the gyms fault but I’d rather not get harassed just being a customer.

Finally back to the gym! Always a scary experience when your "new" to it. But the staff is kind and the other gym goes are awesome.
I feel comfortable and confident going to work out.

I’ll start by saying I never leave reviews but unfortunately, I’ve had enough “not so great” experiences at this planet fitness.
I’ve been a member of planet fitness for probably close to 10+ years and this is my first review.
First, the gym is pretty gross on the cleanliness chart. By far the dirtiest planet fitness I’ve gone to!
Second, the mats are in absolute terrible condition. I’ve never seen mats that are basically half missing.
Third, the reason I’m writing this review— I came into the gym tonight (30 minutes before close) I wanted to get a quick cardio session in. I was immediately greeted with a “we close in 30 minutes” while a little sour, I get it. But what is insane to me is that within the 25 minutes I was there, the staff continuously shut off the lights. For 5-ish seconds at a time 2-3 times in a row. This is incredibly rude in my opinion. On top of being rude, I think this is SO dangerous. There were guests on cardio machines, myself included that can be seriously injured by doing this. I work in the service industry, I get wanting to go home but to shut off the lights several times in an environment where people are lifting weights, throwing medicine balls, sprinting, doing cardio, etc. is completely unacceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately.

The place has nothing but strange and odd gender people who do nothing but stare at you and judge you more than they should be judging especially if this place is a so-called no judgement place to be.
You can feel the hate behind their look and to me it's uncomfortable as hell!

I was going to join this place. But they started treating us like we were going to still something. Just because we have tattoos all over our body's. I couldn't believe it we are awesome people and we don't still. I won't ever go back to this place and I don't recommend this place at all

I was overcharged multiple times a month for this service. After speaking with management, they refused to give my money back. Check your bank statements ??♀️ staff not very helpful with the use of gym equipment
