“Review is for the Ace staff (4 stars) and the experience of picking up a U-haul that we'd rented online (0 stars, lol). The U-haul aspect was a nightmare. Erik from Ace was patient and helped us sort out the reservation and the cost by placing a call to U-haul. We are grateful for Erik but will try a different rental company in the future. What should have been a quick stop to pick up the truck and supplies turned out to take an hour and we have to drive to another U-haul place to picked up the supplies we rented to go with the truck ?”
“I know they might be a little more than the home depot or lowes, but they are the best at knowing their store and the products they sell. Most even have good knowledge on home repairs that can help you decide how to approach your needs. And this location is never dropped the ball once in all my numerous visits.

“They pretty much have all the things one working on or around heavy equipment would need. The exception being welding supplies unless I missed it. The selection of strike wrenches alone worth the 5 star rating. Wilton vices on the shelf. Chain hoists on the shelf. Rigging supplies.”
