I arrived a few minutes late for an 11am appointment, my bad totally, and apologized to the staff and all seemed fine. I asked how long the service would take, and was informed it would take them about 30min. Perfect, that’s what I was told when I made the appointment so my day could still be on track. 2 hours later, I’m finally leaving. They werent able to get the car in for over 45minutes, then it took them well over an hour to get it back out to me.
I’m late for all the rest of my afternoon plans, had to cancel others, and a load of stress was just added to my day.
Just a suggestion, if you’re going to tell people a time estimate, make it accurate instead of reality being 4x longer than the estimate that people make plans based off.

I recently purchased a 2024 Jetta from Greeley VW because they were the only dealership that had the options I was looking for. After exchanging some emails I got a written offer that was a good deal until all the financing portion happened. during all of the discussions the mention of the dealer fees was always included which was understandable, dealerships all have their fees, what was never mentioned or pointed out was a "theft protection" fee of $595. the sales associate, sales manager, and the finance guy never mentioned it or showed it on the paperwork and as they have you sit around for almost an hour before going to sign i was running behind so I didn't look at the documents carefully enough. I honestly wish I hadn't purchased from them and had waited for another car to come or transfer from a different state to a different dealership.

Staas and Iman treated us like royalty. We were respected, valued, and informed through the entire process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We won't shop anywhere else again. Thank you for helping us find the perfect car and for being awesome!

I bought a 15,000 dollar used car from this dealership and it was broke down in the shop 4 months later and has been sitting in the shop for 7 months, and expected to sit in the shop for another extended period of time, waiting on a part that is on nation wide back order. they sent me on my way with no headlight, no tail light or license plate light when i bought the car, they did not check this car before i bought it, when contacted for them to make it right they refused and told me i had to have 5k down since my credit was low, but my original car i put down 3k and my credit was 100 points lower. All they want is a sale and they do not care about their customers at all. Do not buy a car from here.

I'm not one to do this at all but I bought a car from a dude named Vaughn or something and I'm super irritated. Fast forward 3 months, now my transmission has completely failed on my 2019 VW Jetta R-Line and I need a new one. I'll be out of a car for about 3 weeks. Thank god it's under warranty or id be screwed and out of a job. My mother and I call just get told "well we're sorry you can't really tell when a transmission is about to fail, we can't do anything for you". Which isn't correct, you can had you known proper customer service. They didn't offer anything, didn't take responsibility, nothing. Like damn bruh y'all couldn't even get me a free oil change or service?? Just a sorry after I drop 19k there?? Come on now, it was bad enough I didn't even know the car had hail damage until I pulled up to the actual dealership because it wasn't in the description. I did sales for 6+ years in cannabis and that's not how it's supposed to go down. My transmission went from "slipping" to not even shifting in a matter of seconds. I've been around cars my entire life. My experience was bad and I hope yours is better. The only upside is the Management was super chill and the overall environment of the dealership is somewhat welcoming. Don't avoid the dealership because of my experience.

They don't care about customers unless they're selling you a brand new car. I bought my 2018 Jetta from them years ago that is now totaled and I've been trying since February to get refunded on my warranty. And I've talked to numerous people and have been told different things and given the run around with no results. I thought the issue had been resolved after providing the necessary documents in April (which could have been done and completed initially in February) and being told it would take 30 days but it's almost been two months since that email. And I've called multiple times and left multiple emails with no follow up. They seem to only care when you write a negative review so that's what I'm doing. Should've done this earlier. I'm really glad I never went back to buy my second car after my vw totaled. They lost a $23,000 sale, I went to kia instead. I doubt it would have taken this long for a refund if I did go with Vw though. Maybe, who knows

Really friendly and worked with me about getting 3 key fobs programmed to my car. Plan on going back when I need work on my car.
