It is clean I’ll give you that but I had a unit 520 I believe that had a hole in the roof, I let them know he told me that they would call someone in to repair it but I would need to be there when they came, told him no problem I live a mile away and I’m retired so I could be there to allow them in. Needless to say no one ever called or showed up, my $2500 king size mattress was ruined and a few other personal items as well. When I told them about the damage the male manager told me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance cause they wouldn’t do anything about it. When I informed them that I was leaving I didn’t give them enough notice so I had to pay for another month so I kept a broom in the unit until the second to last day and then vacated. So be careful when you rent any storage unit. By the way I have been renting from them since 2016 and moved out this summer 2023.

Clean, affordable, good quality management. The aisles are little tight for maneuvering long trailers. It is a good place to store your stuff.

I have had nothing but problems with this business since I started using them. They tried to tell me that my payments weren’t going through so I had to prove that my payments were going through brought my bank statements they said OK. That didn’t work on their part for taking more money from me they decided to charge me with late fees in which I was not but they refused to look at my bank statement stating that all of my payments were on time! The owner is very rude refused to look at my statements and refused to take off the late fees. I do not recommend this business to anybody who may want to look for a storage unit.

This place has been a nightmare since I put my stuff into their storage. I do not recommend this company at all. The first problem was they were trying to say that I didn’t pay rent for like four months so then I got my bank statements and proved them wrong ,then they tried to say that I was late came with proof that I was one day late now they want me to pay extra money these people will steal your money and tell you it’s your fault I do not recommend at all steer clear from this place. Also the owner is a complete dick he’s rude and money hungry! do not I repeat do not do business with these guys!
