Cody did a great job re-habing an "antique " 2003 Yamaha Vino! I'll have him service this machine again if he is willing to do so!This runs like it just rolled off the showroom floor after being in storage for about 10 years!I give Cody 5 or 6 stars for his work!

John, you stayed two hours past closing to make this deal happen on Halloween night. I even offered to come back the next day to finish the paperwork and you said don’t worry about it. That’s good service no matter how you look at it; don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Thank you so much.

Bikes repaired but requested the rear foot gear shift be removed and it was not done. The reflectors are missing in one area but have been promised to be put on next summer when the part is available. Overall it's done well but I was given the time of late June early July for completion ...... it's Nov 7th and still not fully done. That and did you guys go for a couple test rides my gas tank is down to 1/4. And final gripe no communication was given on progress or anything is was up to me to continuously call. It's done and done right but the service just was not good.

This is a well-run and managed HD dealership. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is the cost of parts. They price gouged me on my replacement rear tire. Found the same tire on RevZilla for $90 cheaper, but since I was already there and just wanted my bike up and running again, decided it wasn’t worth my time to argue it.

Stopped by yesterday to pick up some oil for my bike. Being a newer Harley owner I was not sure what oil to get. Nice to have an organized shop that looked up my service records by using my phone number. Nice to see Carl, Jacob, John and Caleb, Kyle, Jeremy and the gang. The store looks great. Updated and really clean.

I truly hope all the staff at JohnElway HarleyDavidson in Greeley read this review. The service department starting with the service manager Jesse and his lack of integrity and leadership is evident in the sub par techs that he hires to work on our bikes. Returning my bike every time I had service done incomplete, parts missing, lying to me as to what was done, what parts were installed. I bought my bike, 2014 Breakout at Greeley Harley and have one bad encounter with the service department culminating with being bullied, lied to, harassed, prolonged my bike being in service because they are bolt on techs who don't listen or communicate with the owner who may have some insight. Cody at the service counter might benefit from a round miss manners school for boys ! The general management on down should all sell any bike they have and go do something else as they are not serving the community of Greeley.

I brought my 2004 Honda VTX 1800 into the Greeley John Elway Harley-Davidson , I refuse to take my bike anywhere else and once again it paid off. I wanted to have a fairing installed. I went and had it custom painted , but I didn't realize it was going to give them such a difficult time . But like always they're always up for the challenge, when I received my bike it was far more than what I had expected. They went above and beyond fighting the battle because it's a metric bike but a lot of custom parts on this metric bike made the install very difficult. When I walk through the door and saw my bike today I felt like I was a child at Christmas time again.

Great people. We rode to the dealership, 3 bikes, to pick up parts for a Fat Bob. It was over 100 degrees. Upon arriving, the young lady helping us offered ice cold water and was very patient as we took our time shopping due to the air conditioning!! Thanks, we will make this our go to for parts and service.I wanted to update this review. I just bought a bike (23 Road Glide ST) from them and wow, what an experience. They made the deal fair and easy to complete. I specifically want to mention Brett Miller. He was not only helpful with the sale but with the set up of the bike. The aftermarket work has been tremendous. A special shout out to Hobert Bohm. Tremendous work!!Thank you!!

I just bought a new FXLRST “Lowrider ST” from the good folks of John Elway Harley-Davidson. On the owner’s packet they provide, it says “Colorado’s Friendliest Dealer.” I can honestly say that this couldn’t be more true. The entire experience, I was made to feel comfortable, whether that was seating, financing discussions, beverages (and donuts!), the whole nine. I first spoke with Jacob Martinez over the phone, and then he transferred me over to the product specialist, John Carr, who was my primary point of contact throughout the purchase. John was personable, patient, and treated me more like a longtime friend than a customer. Shannon in finance was great to work with too, she’s got a southern charm and can make you feel comfortable when forking over that down payment! Finally, Carl the ASM, was incredibly reasonable and worked with me rather than against me when it came to striking a deal. In short, I couldn’t be more proud of my new Harley-Davidson and getting the opportunity to join the John Elway Harley-Davidson family.

Do not trade in a motorcycle here. Take the time and sell it privately. They cannot lie about this. I brought in a pristine fully upgraded TW200. I was told I would be given a “fair price” and drove the 3 hours that they knew I was driving. They offered significantly less than a fair price. But, got the bike I wanted even with the lies of the sales team.
