A Bunch of Thugs are the Women at Good Day Pharmacy Holding medication over patients heads, talking a bunch of Nonsense like they have some control over ME‼️NOPE! They’re incompetent and unable to perform at a level that should be standard! I’ve transferred all my Meds to a place that doesn’t act like a bunch of teenage girls gossiping after school to jerk good people around! Management should probably SHOW UP ONCE IN A WHILE to Observe‼️I’m looking at my Options to File Grievances with Proper Authorities so others aren’t treated so poorly in future. This behavior is Unacceptable PERIOD and I’m going to the Top!!

I've been working with Good Day for about 3 years. They have been right on top of things, I live way out of town. Their delivery is why I originally picked them. The are always cheerful and kind and patient. I had a upset stomach and no way to get Pepto Bismal. I had enough points it payed for it and was delivered. Here my only concern: Being a baby boomer there's a bunch of seniors. Our eyesight is not so good. Your bottle labels stink! You should redraw your labels here's why: the bottom line has if you have refills. The type is small little ink and so I have to call your pharmacy to see if I have refills. Time they could be using the phone to work on incoming calls. The two I got yesterday I had to cut that part off the sticky labels and cover the labels on the container so I could see exp and dates so I could plan ahead. This has been going on for the entire time I have been with you. Pharmacist said to notify corporation to see if they can fix this situation. Thanks to you and a kudos to Sam in the Greeley Co store please so she can be recognized for her job well done!

Good Day Pharmacy has been extremely helpful to me in the last several months. I am very grateful to them for their help with getting a prescription filled when I have been unable to do so at my regular pharmacy. The staff is courteous, informative, and easy to communicate with either by phone or through their app.

I cant say enough good things about Good Day in Greeley. They went above and beyond with customer service! After dealing with several pharmacy issues in getting a medication I needed, Good Day in Greeley really drove home and made it happen. Never will I go somewhere else. Cecilia, you really are a gem! Rude staff cannot check authorizations for scripts and will not ever use again . Sadly had to due to location of surgery !!! Horrible staff !!!
