Called for an appointment two weeks ago, was told to bring my Silverado in on the 15th for an 8am appointment, upon arrival I was told they would need my truck for 4-5 days because of some tech issues, I wanted my front end checked out, rear tires balanced and a friggen oil change! Here we are 5 days later and still no word on when I’ll get my truck back!!! I called and talked to a manager and was told that she would send me text messages as to the status of my truck, never got one message from them all day! I called back at the end of the day and was told the manager would call me back, still nothing as of yet! Will update this review as things progress. Update, finally got the truck back on day 6! It wasn’t greased like I asked and I’m very disappointed in that, the work that was done was satisfactory .

I would not ever recommend Ghent to anyone. I took my Camaro in for service and they broke my side skirts on their lift, was promised they would take care of the replacement. 7 months later and I am still dealing with them and now they are not returning calls or emails. I had pay the $1200 out of my pocket to replace them and they won’t pay me back for their mistake and they know they did it!!
Buyer and service beware!!!

I will not shop at Ghent ever again. I ordered a vehicle after Rico had made sure I was qualified we ordered it and he told me 3 to 4 months. I waited and called every and Rico had told us that GM motors did pick up my ordered. I called today as it was supposed to be any day. And Rico has said that he had never said it was picked up and he never said that, but he did infact state it multiple times “the orders had been picked up.” And then the next time we called “ it should be here within the next 40 days.” When we were ordering he said that the orders get picked up every week and for it to not be picked up IN FOUR MONTHS! Then my mother had gotten a car from him and they “lost” the fob. We called to see and he said “ we can’t find it.” He said he will program one for us and he NEVER did. It has been well over a month that we have been waiting for the fob.

We recently traded in our SUV and Marina did an excellent job helping us find the right vehicle for our family. She facilitated the whole process from test driving to negotiating price to financing. She was a pleasure to work with and we never felt overly pressured to make a decision that we would later regret. She was patient with us through the negotiation process and we drove away in our new vehicle feeling very satisfied with the experience. When you go to Ghent, ask for Marina!

Called into Schedule an appointment for Service and was told the message would be walked back to Service and I could expect a call back quickly. That was 3 1/2 hours ago. I have experienced this with their service department basically every time I have tried to contact them in the last 3 years. Every single time.
3 years ago is when I bought the car brand new from them.
I had the first oils change done there.........It took 6 hours.
Buying the car from them was a good experience. The only problem is that cars need service regularly.
I drive 50 miles for service every time because Ghent can never can get me in for an appointment in under a month. I live 2 miles from Ghent.

The environment was great and the people were very friendly. Fernando was my salesman and he has been very helpful. Luis and Scott made easy and quick to buy the exact vehicle I was looking for.

Talk about VIP treatment. From the start Michael answered all of our questions communicated swiftly while being upfront and honest. There was no games being played but all professionalism. We drove over 8 hours to do business with them and we will be back in a heartbeat for our next vehicle. We were in and out like a car deal should be. Overall great experience from the entire team there at Ghent Chevrolet Cadillac including Tito and Scott.

Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships!
