Stephanie is one of the most helpful persons I have ever dealt with. We needed to transfer from a larger unit to a smaller one & she found one that we could walk everything to just a few feet away. Although a family member has had the unit for a few years, I finally got to put a face to the voice on the phone! It has been a pleasure getting to know her.

This was truly an experience I will not forget. Putting items that you value into storage can be stressful, you want to have a safe area and be able to rely on the people you are renting the space from. I am so impressed with Stefanie and thr security she maintains. My interactions with her have been so positive and she communicated well. She explained the process clearly and with tact.
